Or when a mango is at its optimum amount of ripeness and it's sweet. That's its best moment. In any case you've just foiled your own argument by agreeing with mine. 'Phil Ivey Top Moments' could also be interpreted as Phil Ivey's Top Moments, but isn't limited to that. Those of us that are more intelligent and less petty realise that in this context it means Top Moments that contain Phil. So yea, I have no problem figuring out who's mistaken. It's you. Phil Ivey table presence is insane. Very stoic, powerful, and calm. He doesn't talk much or show any emotion when he's winning or losing. He normally doesn't laugh or show that he's tired. He usually runs the card once to emit a message "Don't screw with me, I'm in control at this table." He reads other people really well while others can't seem to get anything off of him. They are also less likely to bluff him due to his intimidating presence. He's just the embodiment of Poker. A well-rounded legend.

I know the title is misleading but this was Ivey at his very top. And this was slightly ahead of GTO and hand solvers (which has caught up with Ivey) but he had the best instincts and live reads at the time. But back then (2005 to 2014 Phil Ivey was a beast) He was crushing it online, winning bracelets at the WSOP and we saw him on every High Stakes program. Many top poker players were a bit reluctant on shoving vs Ivey because 80% of the time he would make the right read.
