■ 버터 반죽
무염버터 97g. 슈가파우더74g. 달걀 24g. 소금 1꼬집
- 버터. 슈가파우더. 달걀. 소금 약간 넣고 잘 섞어주세요.
■ 색상 반죽
플레인 - 버터 반죽 195g + 박력분 160g + 아몬드 가루 35g
진한초록 - 플레인 반죽 180g + 초록 색소(쉐프마스터 리프 그린+콜 블랙)
갈색 - 플레인 반죽 5g + 갈색 색소(쉐프마스터 버크아이 브라운)
- 버터반죽에 가루류를 넣고 섞어주세요.
- 플레인 반죽을 덜어내 색소를 넣고 섞어주세요.
■ 굽기
- 잠만보 반죽을 0.7~0.8cm 간격으로 잘라주세요.
- 발 반죽을 0.2cm 간격으로 잘라 연결해주세요.
- 160℃로 예열해 둔 오븐에 넣고 18~20분 구워주세요.

Hello, love these cookies. I tried to make it but was wondering on the instructions under the description. It says 195 cookie dough + 160 cake flour. So when you make the cookie dough you as another 169 cake flour?

I read your comment well and I will explain it easily. Cookie dough is the total amount needed for the whole dough. Add butter, sugar, eggs and salt and make cookie dough(butter dough) first, then divide it and mix it with the powder to make the color dough. =================== cookie dough 97g unsalted butter, 74g powdered sugar, 24g beaten egg, 1 pinch of salt. plain(white) dough 195g cookie dough + 160g cake flour + 35g almond flour Add Color (white) 205g plain dough (dark green) 180g plain dough + food coloring dark green (brown) 5g plain dough + food coloring brown =================== If you make cookie dough with this recipe, the total amount is 390g (205g + 180g + 5g). 색조합이 이렇게 실제 잠만보색이랑 똑같이 만드실수있나요 모양도 모양이지만 바로 살아서 움직일것만같아서 넘 신기하네요 ^^

반죽을 다 만든 후에, 캐릭모양 만드는 과정전에 냉장? 냉동? 휴지를 한 후에 캐릭 모양을 만드나요? 아니면 캐릭 모양을 다 갖춰놓고 난 후에 휴지하나요?

반죽 완성 후 20분 정도 냉동실에 넣었다 사용하심 됩니다~ 성형 중간중간 냉동실에 굳혀주면 모양 잡기 수월하구요😉 즐거운 베이킹 하시길~♡

아고~ 반죽 만들기도 힘드셨을텐데 속상스..😭 완성된 반죽을 성형 후 중심까지 얼도록 충분히 냉동해주시고 20분 정도 실온에 두셨다 커팅하면 단면이 깔끔해요. 다음 쿠키는 더 이쁘게 만들어 질거예요~ 😉✊️
