Mechanics are bound to change, regardless of WZ being a thing or not. But, they’ve changed more on in favor of it. While people grinded for nukes and camos, now it’s about the attachments that one shot kill or kill the fastest for WZ so lobbies for MP “seem” more toxic. It’s a thin line regardless of how we slice it here and its personal opinions that regulate it.

@@jokryoutube I don’t play CoD atm to be fair. I started playing CoD since the original on campaign. Didn’t start playing multiplayer till CoD4. I could be wrong but I think CoD 3 had multiplayer I just didn’t play at the time. Those were like ps2 days and I only played campaign type games. Loved multiplayer on cod4, mw2, world at war, bo1, somewhat on mw3 and stopped playing completely when bo2 came out. I also stopped playing campaign all together after bo1. I bought ghosts and just wasn’t feeling it either. Bought infinite warfare for cod4 remastered and loved it. Infinite warfare was ass to me. Didn’t come back to cod until mw2019 and I didn’t really have a good time. That was the sentiment for most of the playerbase. The multiplayer was dull and boring. I played for about a month and probably had less than 24 hrs of play time. When warzone came out it completely shifted that reality. I had an incentive to play multiplayer even though it was dull and boring so I could have “cool” gun skins for warzone. I probably had 30-40+ days played by the end of my Damascus and obsidian(not all guns lol) grinds. But without the creation of warzone that revitalized the cod franchise I wouldn’t have even touched the game again. Was never into Fortnite and was skeptical of the idea of warzone when my cousin was asking me to play it. But when I actually played it, it blew my mind and I was hooked. My first win I probably had 1 kill and 3 deaths and I still had the time of my life lol. Without warzone, this video probably wouldn’t exist.
