I think at the end of the day, that's why people love Pokémon! Because there's a unique creature for everyone, and always the excitement of finding new ones.

"he looks evil" about that, an earlier evolution had the ability to make you shake for the rest of your life, by just licking you, once. The normal Gengar has a pokedex entry that says the best course of action for when one is attacking you is to just give up, because there is no escape. The mega version in this video is said to be so malicious that it will curse even it's own trainer. Another form of it is a gigantamax form (which is basically just a giant version of it), it is said that it's mouth leads directly to the afterlife. And on top of that, if you stand next to it, you can hear the voices of your loved ones calling to you from it's mouth. yeah, Gengar is plain evil.

The one you called a horse, is Suicine, one of the three Legendary Dog Pokemon. Suicune, the Dog of Water. Known to be able to purify lakes by running across them.

Pokken Tournament is one of my favorite fighting games because I love Pokemon. Too bad they never announced a second game. Love your reactions, you guys are the best. You can check out the other Pokemon (mainline) games if you like. They are a lot of fun. You can start with the new Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet as it is the latest generation of Pokemon.

And now you've seen some of the 1015 pokemon, and their Mega evolutions! Which are temporary forms that make a pokemon evolve into a more powerful version of themselves, like Charizard turning blue. --The "Cheshire Cat" is called a Gengar, a Ghost/Poison type pokemon, it is a pokemon who loves making mischief, it's first pokedex entry says this, "Under a full moon, this POKéMON likes to mimic the shadows of people and laugh at their fright." --The "One with the robot claws" is called a Scizor, a Bug/Steel type pokemon, its first form (Scizor is the evolution of a Scyther) is well-known for its blindingly fast speeds and sharp blades, its first pokedex entry says this, "It swings its eye-patterned pincers up to scare its foes. This makes it look like it has three heads."

Pokemon generations/evolutions would be a good watch. They are two series of shorts that showcase some important moments from the games in the anime's style. Some of them you might not get but most should give you a good introduction into the franchise.

For Pokémon related thing, I would recommend checking out the 1008 encounter video from the Pokémon KZbin channel, All Mega evolutions(which was the reason Charizard turned black and had blue fire), Z-Moves, and maybe even Gigantamax forms. All these are special gimmicks that were added to some of the older Pokémon games.

I remember playing this game at college for a “Game Night Tournament” as we any fighting game to pay for stuff the campus to gain equipment or supplies for classes, I lost in 3rd place out of 15 gamers. 😅 Fun fact about Pikachu “Libre”• Is the most popular Pikachu that has a skilled Pokémon fighters like Incineroar The Gender of that Pikachu is female, if you look at the tail. It has a form of a “Heart” instead of a “Bolt” at the end of the tail Is influenced by Spanish customs of Lucia Libre fighters This reaction of the game was amazing and outstanding from you both 😄 keep it up and never let no darkness cloud the shingling smiles both give to the community.

the "butterfly"'s name is Scizor and actualy a mantis :), the "Pony"'s name is Suicune and a legendary he's part of a trio, the lore of the games says that many years ago the 3 of them died in a burned tower but got resurrect and changed to be stronger, their appearances changed too but we never got designs for what they used to look like 🤷‍♂️, it's a legendary bird name Ho-Oh the rainbow Pokémon who's a phoenix that gave them their new lives, strength and appearances, Darkrai the 1st Pokémon of the video is also a legendary and part of a duo, he can trap someone in an eternal nightmare and the only way to come out of it is to posses a feather of that second Pokémon otherwise the person die and the games kinda like to remind you that (in the anime he's just misunderstood), i don't know if it's still on youtube but i think it could be really interesting to do a reaction of The Birth Of Mewtwo, it's pretty sad ó w ò, in fact when the 1st movie came out the theme in that part of the movie was juge too dark for kids and removed for the non Japonese ppls, it was whoever aded some years later as a bonus in the DVD version edit : it's still there :D ! but it's a really small screen, it's English dub with Spanish sub and it still breaks my heart T ^ T

So to explain each pokemon, The first one is Darkrai it's a dark type mythical pokemon that manipulates dreams there are several that can do this but Darkrai are among the most powerful. After Darkrai is Blaziken the fully evolved form of Torchic, it's a fire fighting type martial arts burning chicken, yes chicken it's not just a bird it's a chicken, who is known for it's martial arts moves and for being incredibly fast. You know Pikachu who comes after that so I won't say anything. After Pikachu is Lucario easily one of the more popular pokemon it's a fighting steel type with the unique ability to sense the aura's of pokemon and people as well as manipulate said aura as a weapon. Next is Gardevoir, this is a Psychic Fairy type pokemon and is the final evovled form of Ralts, this is a pokemon that will protect it's trainer fiercely and has the power to create black holes to do so. Gardevoir are also capable of reading emotions easily and will act based on the emotions it reads, this pokemon is very infamous for being very hard to get due to it's beginning forms... rarity. The next pokemon is Pikachu but in particular Pikachu-Libre if you notice it's tail is heart shaped this is because it's a female pikachu. All female Pikachu's have a heart shaped tail but Libre is unique in that the tip of it's tail has that black marking on it which no other pikachu has. Also before you ask yes, *some* pokemon due have gender differences but not all of them, this is why I avoid calling the pokemon here he or she, because for all you know that Gardevoir is actually male despite it's strongly female look. After her is Scizor and yes that is literally it's name, is is not a butterfly it is in fact a praying mantis technically in particular it is metallic praying mantis as it is a steel bug type pokemon. It's the evolved form of Scyther who looks more like an actual praying mantis. After Scizor is Croagunk, Croagunk is a poison fighting type pokemon which is famous for being Brock's pokemon. Croagunk is actually more of a 'ninja' than it is a sumo wrestler, but even that's not right Croagunk's fighting style is completely random in that certain attacks will change randomly and as such it is ranked VERY low in the 'tier' list because it's damage and combo is not guaranteed. After Croagunk is Sceptile who is from the same generation as Blaziken and he is the final evolved form of Treecko a grass lizard both figuratively and literally. It's a pokemon that is also really fast but has more plant based powers and moves similar to a ninja in this game. After Sceptile is Gengar, there's not many pokemon that would really be called outright 'evil' but Gengar are among the few that can. It is a ghost poison type and is a trickster but it can be malicious with it's tricks and when it mega evolves it will straight up try to kill it's trainer at times. Gengar is the final evolved form of Ghastly. Fun fact it's ultimate is the strongest in the game. After Gengar is Decidueye it is a grass ghost pokemon that is the final form of Rowlett, this pokemon is like a modern day robin hood that is known for it's accuracy and stealth. It can pull the strands on it's neck to 'close' the hood when it feels embarrassed. Next is Machamp and this pokemon is a pure fighting type and the final form of Machop, Machamp are so strong that with one hand they can move an entire mountain. Also their four arms allowing them to punch in any direction at any angle. Next is Braixen, this pokemon is a fire type and the first evolution of the pokemon Fennekin. The stick Braxien it uses both as a means of attack and communication. Next is Empoleon this is a steel water type pokemon and the final form of Piplup. It's wings are akin to finely crafted blades and can slice through ice floes with no problem it's also the horns on it's head are the symbols of a strong leader. Next is Mewtwo, so you might have noticed that some pokemon change shape before they do their attack. This is called Mega Evolution and it happens when a pokemon holds a mega stone and a trainer activates a key stone. This causes a pokemon to 'mega evolve'in which they gain new abilities and power but depending on the pokemon the act of Mega Evolving is not exactly a welcome process for them. Next is Chandelure this pokemon might seem cute and innocent but it is anything but that. A fire ghost pokemon and the final form of Litwick this pokemon will burn the soul. Next is Suicune not a horse, it is a beast one of 3 beasts in fact, a pure water type it is a legendary pokemon that runs across the world.This pokemon is fast and it can purify water just by touching it, it is always looking for water to purify hence why it's always running. After that is Weavile a dark ice type pokemon they are incredibly intelligent and quick and will hide in snow to ambush prey. Weavile is not a powerful pokemon but it is quite cunning. Next is charizard, Now I mentioned Mega Evolution, in Pokemon there are only two pokemon that have 2 different Mega Forms Charizard and Mewtwo. They are Mega Charizard X and Y and Mega Mewtwo X and Y. The form you see is Mega Charizard X the more over used version because of it's Fire Dragon typing. After that is Garchomp, a personal favorite of mine it is a Ground Dragon type, a Psuedo Legendary pokemon and the final form of Gible. It is essentially a 'land shark' but funnily enough it's based off a fighter jet, and it can even fly. After that is Shadow Mewtwo, this is Mewtwo who has been corrupted by the Shards on it's body. And that' all of them, hope I helped give some context however brief.

Fun fact: gengar in its mega form can travel thru different dimensions and even has his own pocket dimension where he can bend reality to its whim. Gengar Is also extremely powerful he can do a shang tsung and steal any living being’s soul with a lick of his tongue his gigantamax form makes its mouth a portal to hell . gengar is known for being a prankster and mischievous in nature but extremely badass and loyal to its trainers.also according to the pokedex of the games gengar hunts only cause it feels lonely and wants friends also it’s apparently a human who died and became a pokemon.

The one with the crab claws is Scizor - it is more like a mantis and is the evolution of Scyther, and for its ultimate it turns into Mega Scizor. By the way, the Kingdom Hearts looking pokemon is a Legendary pokemon called Darkrai, the martial arts bird is called Blaziken, the evil looking Pokemon is called Gengar, the wolf with the red hair is called Lucario, the wrestling Pikachu (Pikachu Libre) is actually a girl, while the elegant Lisa Frank looking Pokemon is called Gardevoir (it is quite a badass psychic pokemon). The freak of nature is called Garchomp and it is basically a land shark that can move as fast as a jet, hence the rocket things on its head. The Owl is called Decidueye, the frog is called Croagunk and can paralyze you withits poison, the fancy magician fox is called Blaziken, the penguin is Empoleon. Also, the "Charmander" is called Charizard, which is a Charmander's final form.

It's name is Chandelure and it's a ghost pokemon with forms known to hang around hospitals, graveyards, old houses and anywhere spirits hang out. Why? Because it's flames are fueled by the souls of the dead burning eternally within them.

This was a game I NEVER would have expected to exist, but so goddamn happy it did happen. Because if it wasn't obvious enough from my profile picture, and the weekly schedule of me suggesting a certain video to you 2 (which I'm still gonna do), Pokemon and Tekken are series I have followed the longest and having them both mixed into a game was so elating for me back then. ONE thing to notify you on though. You watched the original vanilla version and didn't see any of the DLC Pokemon. So maybe that'll be a future thing to watch? And here's my take on like an introduction to Pokemon. There's not really a good introduction to Pokemon via some sort of video explaining it. You just let curiosity take control as a kid, and pick up one of the games, trading cards, manga, or watch an episode of the anime. Pokemon has been so ingrained into Social Media, that it's not really questioned as to what Pokemon are because a majority of social media people already know. That being said, there is a video from a channel called "Treesicle" with a video labeled "What ARE Pokemon?!". I'll leave a link to that too. But if it's a timeline you do wanna see there's someone called "Pokebinge" that created a full timeline of all the mainline games IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE! The stories in the games, manga, and anime are all different. They have their own cast of characters, story directions, and ways of how they portray Pokemon. The "Robot Butterfly" is actually a Robot Mantis lol it's my favorite Pokemon and I think it looks WAY better before it transforms info its mega form (which is what was shown in the video)

Fun fact: this game was made by The people behind the tekken franchise so it features a lot of tekken moves most characters have entire combos based on tekken characters pikachu literally has heihachi’s moveset

Pokemon is a really vast series to ease people to get into, but if you want any pointers I'd say to check out anything pertaining to the story of Pokémon Black and White, since those games are really beloved by the fans when it comes to the plot.

I can't really recommend anything for "Getting into" Pokémon itself than just.. playing the games, but maybe you can start with the anime? "Why does the butterfly have claws?" It's a mantis! When you see the DNA symbol appear, it means they're "mega evolving"--a temporary form that carries with it a power boost. Only a few species have this ability, and it was tied to specific regions in the games so it was eventually phased out. Which is just as well considering that it utterly wrecked the competitive game. "Looks kinda like the Cheshire cat" Yeah funny you should say that because Gengar very much does the "fade out with only the smile remaining" thing. Also, at least *some* Gengar used to be humans. It's funny how you guys decide genders for these. Almost all pokemon can be male or female, although there are exceptions. The "pony" there, Suicune, is always genderless, as is Mewtwo. Pikachu Libre, the wrestler, is specifically a girl. She's part of a "cosplay Pikachu" line that also includes a scientist and a Southern belle, among others. Starter pokemon like Charizard and Greninja have only a 12.5% chance of being female though. This game has a special Mewtwo with powers not found in other games, stemming from the orange crystal embedded in it. You guys should check out the latest games, Scarlet and Violet. The plot is frickin *wild*, the mons are amazing, the region is vast with lots of places to explore, and the storyline is amazing. But you don't have to take my word for it! It won Famitsu Magazine's "best scenario", as well as the character of the year (his name is Arven and when you first meet him you'll wonder why this jerk is so popular but by the end...you'll understand. And will probably want to adopt him). Though you could...watch my playthrough haha...it's 57 episodes and goes to the end of the main story. I intend to do the postgame as well at some point.

There are really no 'evil' Pokemon, so to speak. Even though there are Ghost-types and Dark-types, they are still only used for evil if their trainer is evil. Wild Pokemon tend to be pretty neutral.

So, I found finding a good beginner video for Pokémon until eventually remembering Pokémon Origins exists. It's 4 part anime mini-series adapting the plot of the original Pokémon games, Pokémon Red, Green and Blue. However, It's been paywalled on KZbin... Introduced in Gen 4, Fighting Steel type. Evolves from Riolu, can Mega Evolve. Lucario is one of a few Pokémon known to be able to Mega Evolve as seen here. Lucario are normally semi-heroic creatures that can sense and utilize Aura in combat. Essentially the energy of good or evil within living things, allowing Lucario to predict attacks during combat as well as harness its own aura to unleash powerful attacks as well. They are normally highly disciplined and quiet. Mega Lucario is the result of specific energy being pumped into Lucario, just like all other Megas. Mega Lucario is extremely aggressive and violent, fighting with deathly precision without mercy. Fortunately Mega forms are temporary. 2:08 Gardevoir. Introduced in Gen 3, Psychic Fairy type. Evolved from Ralts and Kirlia and can Mega Evolve. -Gardevoir are kind nurturing Pokémon known for their extremely powerful psychic powers. The psychokinetic energy they release is powerful enough to create black holes as well as white holes apparently. The red “horn” on their chest allows them to detect the emotions of nearby creatures. Mega Gardevoir is not violent like other Megas, rather it seems to just amplify Garevoir’s psychic powers as well as give it a poofier dress. 2:28 Pikachu Libre. Introduced in Gen 6, Electric type. Does not evolve into or from anything. -Pikachu Libre is also known as Cosplay Pikachu. Cosplay Pikachu was a single very specific female Pikachu with a black mark on its tail resembling a heart. Cosplay Pikachu’s main gimmick is that you can dress her up in one of five different outfits to be a scientist, fancy dress lady, Popstar, rockstar, or a wrestler. This would make Cosplay Pikachu excel at specific Contests which are essentially pet beauty pageants as well as giving them access to a move Pikachu wouldn’t normally learn. In Libre’s case that would be Flying Press, a Fighting move. Pikachu Libre was introduced in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire but has never been seen since aside from Pokken Tournament, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, and Pokémon Go. 2:46 Scizor. Introduced in Gen 2, Bug Steel type. Evolves from Scyther. Can Mega -Scizor is a giant metallic bug with clampy claws on its hands instead of scythes like it’s predecessor. While a generally powerful Pokémon by itself, Mega Evolution makes its claws much more dangerous and large due to the intense energy shift. This energy shift also pours out of Scizor’s wings in Pokken, creating these pretty light wings that aren’t seen elsewhere. It’s stated that if Scizor remains in its Mega Form for too long, the excess energy will eventually cause it to melt like icecream. 3:06 Croagunk. Introduced in Gen 4, Poison Fighting type. Evolves into Toxikroak. -Little goofy frog man that has a very unorthodox fighting style. Literally does not care, he just exists and he’s cool with it. Croagunk is popularized by the Pokémon Anime as Brock owned one and he had big personality. 3:27 Sceptile. Introduced in Gen 3, Grass Type. Evolves from Treecko and Grovyle. Can Mega -Sceptile is a big plant lizard that can create blades from the leaves on its arms. Extremely fast and has the ability to manipulate other plants to a degree. When Mega Evolved, Sceptile gains the secondary Dragon typing and has the ability to fire its Christmas tree tail off as a missile. Sceptile is one of three choices of starter Pokémon in Hoenn alongside Blaziken and Swampert who isn’t in this game. 3:46 Gengar. Introduced in Gen 1, Ghost Poison type. Evolves from Gastly and Haunter. Can Mega -Gengar is a ghostly orb with a big mouth. It’s stated multiple times throughout the series that Gengar can hide inside of other’s shadows and slowly drain them of their life as well as apparently being able to slip into the world of the afterlife. Mega Gengar merges with the ground and is now trapped between the worlds of the living and the dead. It’s not bothered by this and actually thinks it’s pretty cool. Gengar can now drag people into the spirit realm itself as a portal of sorts, hence the eating thing he did here. 4:03 Decidueye. introduced Gen 7, Grass Ghost type. Evolves from Rowlet and Dartrix. -Decidueye is a large owl that also can do archery. It uses specialized quill feathers as well as the vines on its body to form a bow and arrows that it can shoot from ridiculous distances. These vines also act like hoodie strings and can actually close Decidueye’s hood. Decidueye is one of three start Pokémon from Alola alongside Primarina and Incineroar. Incineroar got into Smash while Decidueye got into Pokken. 4:25 Machamp. Introduced in Gen 1, Fighting Type. Evolves from Machop and Machoke. -Machamp are four armed humanoids that are allegedly skilled in every martial art. They are extremely durable and even more strong, capable of punching things clear across the horizon and also having the capability of throwing 1000 punches in a few seconds. Pokken Tournament is one of the few sources of evidence we have of this 1000 punches feat. Machamp are naturally hard working and compassionate creatures, friendly towards all and often used for construction work. 4:42 Braixen. Introduced in Gen 6, Fire type. Evolves from Fennekin and into Delphox. -Braixen is the middle stage of one of the Kalos starter options. It’s evolution Delphox gains the Psychic typing, hence Braixen’s whole witch motif. It keeps a stick in its tail that it uses to help it with its fire and psychic attacks. Also looks like a broomstick thanks to its tail’s shape. 5:07 Empoleon. Introduced in Gen 4, Water Steel type. Evolves from Piplup and Prinplup. -Empoleon is a giant penguin with a trident in his face and blue blades on its wings. It is one of three starter choices in the Sinnoh region. Also is named after Napoleon. 5:24 Mewtwo. Introduced in Gen 1, Psychic type. Can Mega Evolve. -Mewtwo was a genetic experiment, an attempt to clone the Mythical Pokémon Mew. Mewtwo is a Legendary with intense psychic power, possibly the strongest besides beings made of actual psychokinetic energy and God himself. Mewtwo is one of two Pokémon with two Mega Evolutions, Mega Mewtwo Y and Mega Mewtwo X. Mega Mewtwo Y is smaller and heavily amplifies Mewtwo’s psychokinetic powers while Mega Mewtwo X transfers that power into muscle without sacrificing any intelligence. 5:46 Chandelure. Introduced in Gen 5, Ghost Fire type. Evolves from Litwick and Lampent. -Chandelure is a chandelier shaped being known for burning and consuming the souls of living things. I like it, it’s cute. 6:06 Suicune. Introduced in Gen 2, Water type. Suicune is a Legendary Pokémon, one of the three Legendary Beasts of Johto. Three unknown Pokémon died in a fire in a tower only to be revived into more powerful forms by the legendary Pokémon Ho-oh. Suicune has the ability to walk on water as well as purify pollution in streams and lakes. It can also release intense ice attacks. Suicune is roughly based on a leopard as well as the Quilin or Kirin, a magical horse-like creature in Asian folklore. 6:27 Weavile. Introduced in Gen 4, Ice Dark type. Evolves from Sneasel. -Weavile are vicious psychopathic weasels that hunt in packs with deadly efficiency. Garchomp can also Mega Evolve, the intense excess energy causing it’s fine and arms to melt into giant scythes, which hurts a lot. 7:17 Shadow Mewtwo, Pokken Exclusive. -Shadow Mewtwo was made as the antagonist for Pokken Tournmanet, appears in nothing else. Alright here we go *Deep Breath* In order of when they show up Darkrai, the Pitch-Black Pokémon. He is a Mythical Pokémon which essentially like a Legendary but so little is known or seen of it that there is debate if they even exist. A legendary Pokemon is like a god or demi god of Pokémon. He is one of a pair known as the Lunar Duo for his creating nightmares at night where the other half Cresselia creates good dreams. Blaziken, the Blaze Pokémon. It is the final evolution of the third generation fire starter (That starts out as a little baby chick) and as you see is really really good at kick based attacks. Around the time of this game they had a Pokémon game that introduced a thing called "Mega Evolution" which is when an ancient stone interacts with it's respective Pokémon granting them a temporary transformation that greatly increases everything their good at. Pikachu, the Mouse Pokémon. You already know it's deal. I may be wrong but I think to this day it is the only Pokémon in a Pokémon game to verbally say it's own name instead of just a noise like everyone else. Lucario, the Aura Pokémon. One of many Pokémon considered "Pseudo Legendries" for their rarity in the Pokémon world and general op-ness. Lucario attacks using his aura which not only can he use but he can also see in all living things. He as you see also has a mega, if they transform mid fight and they don't get really fucking big then it's a Mega Evolution. Gardevoir, the Embrace Pokémon. She (One of the few Pokémon that will always be one gender) is a split evolution, males will evolve into Gallade where they forgo their psychic power in favor of melee combat, where as girls go the opposite. Gardevoir is also able to summon black wholes at will so that's pretty neat. Luchador Pikachu is actually (In this case and in Smash) a girl as identified by the tail being a heart shape at the end. Not much to say, it's a Pikachu that knows wrestling moves. Scizor, the Pincer Pokémon. It evolves from a Scyther which is a mantis with scythe arms into a metal mantis with claw hands. In Mega form it will eventually melt if not unevolved... yeah originally Mega's were cool and everyone loved them but Gamefreak (The people that make Pokemon) for some reason didn't want to keep making Mega's I guess and so changed the lore so Mega Evolution either causes immense pain to the Pokemon or will eventually cause immense pain to the Pokémon if not turned off... Croagunk, the Toxic Mouth Pokémon. It is essentially a jr ninja frog. Sceptile, the Forest Pokémon. It's a frog lizard from the same generation as Blaziken and thus like it also has a Mega. It's tail is a missal when in Mega which is fun, it does regrow if it has the energy to keep being Mega otherwise when it de-evolves it will have it's tail back. Gengar, the Shadow Pokémon. I'll just say it here... most primarily ghost type Pokémon are not "Evil".... but they do do a lot of messed up things usually involving devouring peoples souls... or are ghost types because they used to be alive as something else but then died and are now stuck like this... or both. As it's title implies it is a shadow, it can move away from them but if there is a shadow somewhere there is a chance there is a Gengar there waiting for it's moment to strike. Decidueye, the Arrow Quill Pokémon. Take your classic fictional archers like Green Arrow, Hawkeye... I don't know even Legolas and make them into an owl the size of the average human and bam Decidueye. He has an alternate form in a specific region where he is not at all an archer but a melee fighter. Machamp, the Superpower Pokémon. They are masters of strength and combat having lived all their lives through their 2 previous evolutions constantly fighting and healing to then fight again, because of this they are used widely from dojo's where they help teach humans and Pokémon how to fight to construction yards where their immense strength and 4 arms really help out. Braixen, the Fox Pokémon. For some reason they included this gen 6 fire starters 2nd evolution instead of its final... I don't know why. It's a little witch fox though which is neat. Empoleon, the Emperor Pokémon. Final evolution to gen 4's water starter, it's horns are like a crown and supposedly whoever has the largest is the leader of their colony. Mewtwo, the Genetic Pokémon. Mewtwo was made in a lab using the DNA of the legendary Mew but unlike Mew who is a kind loving Legendary Mewtwo was very violent and slaughtered all the scientists that made him. He for a long time really really hated humans as we can't stop killing each other and doing wars (Which there have at least been a few of in Pokémon lore) until he met Ash who snaps some sense into Mewtwo who now lives to save Pokémon from those who would mistreat them. He has two Mega's because he's special, X turns all his psychic power into physical power and Y against all odds increases his psychic powers to levels greater than they already are. Chandelure, the Luring Pokémon. This is one of the lines that isn't evil but does bad... even from it's first evolution it steals souls with its flames the longer things with souls are around it and as it evolves to 2nd and 3rd it does so better and from better locations. A candle, a hanging lamp, and finally a chandelier. Suicune, the Aurora Pokémon. Funfact: Suicune and it's 2 fellow dog legendries died once. No one really knows what they were before but their... I don't know boss Ho-Oh the Rainbow Pokémon found their corpses and using its wish granting power brought them back and now as legendries. Weavile, the Sharp Claw Pokémon. Like all the other first or second evolution Pokémon there isn't a lot to say, it's a little weasel creature with sharp claws. Charizard, the Flame Pokémon. Charizard is by a far margin the second most beloved (In how much marketing is made with him for things of him) Pokémon only behind Pikachu. Like Mewtwo Charizard is special so he has 2 megas. one not shown here makes him fast as fuck in the air and the other gives him blue flames that burn hotter than his normal ones. Garchomp, the Mach Pokémon. Imagine how fast a fighter jet can fly... now imagine that but instead of in the sky it's under the ground... and also a walking shark covered in blades that can mega evolve giving it even more blades, that is Garchomp. Shadow Mewtwo is an exclusive for this game and then later Pokémon Go. It's Mewtwo exposed to the games evil McGuffin turning him into a dark version of himself that more reflects how angry and non caring he was when he was first made. There are also DLC characters but as they were not shown and this is long enough I will not go into them.

The appeal of Pokemon as a series is honestly pretty varied: There's the battling for the gamer types and VS nerds, the tough dragons and monsters for those looking for 'cool' aesthetic, fluffy and big eyed mons for those into cute aesthetic, a heavy emphasis on how humans interact with nature for those into environmental issues in terms of a ton of the series' plots and back ground info (in the anime 'human screws up an area, local mons to fight back and our heroes do their best to fix things' is one of the single most common episode plot hooks I swear

There may be no Squirtle but there is Blastoise, aswell as Aegislash as DLC that you unfortunately missed Unfortunately they never expanded the roster beyond that, it definitely deserves another chance

This was a pretty good surprise! I love Pokken and I hope they make another like it at some point soon. Honestly, it's too good and shows a lot of creative freedom that isn't able to blossom in the mainline pokemon games. Recommendations: Final Fantasy 12- All Quickenings, Espers, and Concurrences. (like 15 min long) Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy - All EX Bursts (around 11 minutes long) Valkyrie Profile 2- All Soul Crush Exhibition (about 7 minutes long and maybe my favorite) Tales of Berseria- Mystic Artes (about 5 mintues long)

I love y'all, but y'all always pick the videos that don't have every character. XD Blastoise (the final form of Squirtle) IS playable in this game, a new character to Pokken when they ported it to the Switch, but for some reason the uploader didn't include it. It's also missing Aegislash, a really unique-looking Pokemon that's basically a sword and a shield put together. I love this game btw. It's fun for both Pokemon fans and just fans of fighting games in general. I love seeing all the Pokemon fans explaining to you all the Pokemon too! XD
