I’m Greek and an olympiakos fan. The weird thing is that while we knew that we had a 17 yo promising prospect in poku (and our team wasn’t good at the time), he didn’t play in the first team. I think it’s a shame because he could have gotten some very useful experience from playing at a high level in euroleague games.

I’m from Portugal and a Benfica fan. In the 2021 Draft there’s a 7’ center from Utah State that was a Benfica player, so I know what you’re talking about. I really want to him get drafted cause he would be the 1st portuguese player to play in the nba!

As for Pokuševski, he will definitely develop into a respectable force on the basketball court, he will polish his raw talent on our national team along with Jokić, Bogdanović and another teenager who will soon move from Real Madrid to the NBA (the same route Luka Dončić has taken) - Vukčević, whose father Dušan also used to play for Olympiakos in the late 90's and early 00's. Serbia is a small country of barely 7 million people, but basketball is a part of our DNA, as it has been for the past 70 years, when Yugoslavia used to be the most dominant force after the US of A. With his passing and handles his future could be a point forward! So far we are seeing him developing his game like each game he plays he gets a little better and learns a little more. But he has to put on some size or possibly be more like Porzingis with injuries from the wear and tear the NBA season puts on a body! I hope he stays healthy and continues to grow his game because he is fun to watch!

Great video, respect ... I don't follow every detail about the NBA because I'm one of those Euroleague freaks who can't understand the hype about statistics and individual effects from the NBA media and fans. Of course, I respect the great quality in the NBA; also the differences in lifestyle, culture and tradition. Play-off matches are for me, on the other hand, a pleasure to watch. However, I follow Poku's career in detail because I expect that he will become the leader of our national team (Serbia) in the next ten years. So I watched a bunch of youtube videos about him, especially the last few weeks. I was worried about this boy after he went oversees. He went to the NBA without any experience in top European basketball, plus he is still physically underdeveloped. However, he seems to be on the right team and on the right track. Besides, I know he’s a big worker and in every Serbian national team (under 16, u17) where played he was the team leader. The boy with ball in his hands, always trying to create something in the offence... He will progress quickly although I don’t expect his body can withstand 30+kg of muscle (his brother is also big and skinny and Poku genes are not completely Serbian. His father's ancestors are from Ukraine) ... Thank you for this video and keep up the good work. There is a big quality difference between Yours and some others videos...

Despite the numbers,to see a player of his height handle the ball like that and move the way he did and pass and shoot the way he did,was almost mesmerizing. I agree,if he maintains that mindset and he keeps on grinding, the sky's the limit.

If OKC doesn't try to convert him into a center, then he can just grow into his body naturally. Clearly, his game is that of a point guard, so it would be a shame to make him stiff and slow by bulking him up for paint battles. He's got sharp elbows to protect him during his epic drives to the basket. Just let him play. Don't pretend he's a "big".

I know you said it as a joke, but the G - League as currently constructed is the Siberia of “Pro” Basketball. The European Leagues , have teams with rosters varying in ages from late 30’s on down to 13 year olds getting on the job training . The NBA should figure something out , because the NCAA is becoming more and more of a dumpster fire.
