Do those work as good as misting fans? I know that misting fans actually work. I bought an evaporative cooler that was a table top unit. I knew before I bought it that the hype was BS. I only bought it because my sister brags about how they work. I had always seen reviews saying they don't work. Mine didn't do sqat. I returned it. I'd like several sizes of misting fans and like I said before, they work.

Blade busted after two summers. So pricey to replace it!

What was the replacement cost?

@@AJsRemovalServices a year ago when it happened, I think it was like $600 - $800 just for the part. The pad replacement is also $500. Parts are pricey for this things

@@luaneketcherd7996 - Did it actually work? I only ask because most table top units are garbage. Mine was useless, so I took it back. I know that misting fans work great.
