Thanks man, I just "rebuild" my 280 using your video. I decided not to replace everything in the kit. Since not everything was at a breaking point. If I would have watched the full video again before I started. I probably would have just stripped the tires off the new wheels and axles and swapped the front drive wheel and the back back friction wheel. And called it good. Since some teeth on the front wheel had been sheared off. But I did find a fair blockage in the water jets on the bottom so I was able to knock that out and get full pressure back. Now for the 1st time in a while the 280 is actually doing it job. Thanks again for the video

I need help with diagnostics: I noticed this season that the polaris was getting stopped at corners and not rolling away. It seemed on the three wheel side, the front wheel was only going sometimes and the side wheel was moving at a weird angle and it fell off today. Only 1 screw was in the connection area. Any ideas?

I know this is late never check comments sorry. Check that swing axle on the middle wheel, sometimes those springs will break and it won't sit right. Other than that check the teeth on the wheels that the axle touches.
