Same. Whenever I meet someone new who's around my age I always ask them if they remember the music from Pete and Pete, because it's so linked to my life at so many points. I feel like it was the first thing I ever felt nostalgia for, and I can always put on the album when I'm sad and feel better. My heart wants to burst when I listen to these songs.

@@HeroLionHeart68 I disagree. There has always been good and bad music. These days thanks to the internet and KZbin it is a lot easier to find good music than it was back pre-internet. There is a ton of amazing indy music with soul that is now easier find than it was back in the day.

It's amazing to me how few people remember the show. I bring it up all the time to people I meet that are around my age and it's so rare that people recognize what I'm talking about. I think the fact that it never found it's way to a major streaming platform might be contributing to people forgetting about it.
