Good times, tons of fun. easy rule of thumb, measure what you took out of the radiator, you should be able to put back in at least that much, if not more. definitely replace the top bumper mount allen heads with regular bolts, your future self will thank you. zip ties when the screen rubber rings get lost or broke. very good instructional, thanks.

How did you clean out the radiator and did you just replace the fan with different one?

I washed the rad out with a garden hose. Replaced the fan with a used unit.
