A couple questions for you, where is your video on the oil injection bypass? I have a sun h68k series what are the other vacuums or injection lines on the carb

Question so where your idle screw is at is there a spring inside of it. I was taking my apart don’t remember is that where it came out of.

I have a 05 polaris predator 90. It runs untill you rev the motor high then it bogs down. It does it in idle and driving foreward. I put a new intake manifold,carb, air filter. Injection was removed so it get premixed. Any thought on why it bogs. Any help would be great. Thank you jason

Great video straight to the point. I do have a question though, when trying to start my predator 90 gas is pouring out of the drain tube. Leading me to believe the float is stuck or to high. It sat for about 4 years with no fuel. Would a simple clean job like this be sufficient or do I need to buy a carb rebuild kit?

I recently pulled the gas tank off my predator 90 and there was 2 hoses going to the bottom of the gas tank. I forgot to mark which hose is which before pulling them off. Does it matter?

Dominick B. Yes, one leads the carburetor. You can tell by letting gas run out. I’m sorry, I forgot where the last hose leads.

They could both go to the fuel valve. One comes from a spot lower on the tank that hooks to the reserve on the fuel valve so that when you run out of fuel in the on position you can switch to reserve and run a little longer.
