The engine must be running when you disconnect the wire from the sensor on the engine. If the fan comes on it is the sensor. This sensor does not read the engine temp to the dash.

The thermostat will make the engine reach operating temp regardless of airflow thru the radiator.

Where exactly did you find the circuit breaker

I found it under the wiring arness on the positive cable side

I unplugged the sensor as well and my fan didn’t kick on ? Does that means my fans bad or try replacing circuit breaker

I would run power to directly to the fan wires and see if they turn on before you spend the money on a circuit breaker. If they turn on when hard wired, most likely the breaker. My fan wouldn’t turn on at all when I unplugged the sensor and my fix was the circuit breaker. Probably the same case for you but I’d verify the fans do work before throwing parts at it

I tried to pull my sensor doesn't seem to want to budge & I don't want to break any plastic trying to yank harder. Do I need to pinch anything or should it just come off when given a good pull?

If you’re talking about the plastic connector, I usually get in there with a pick and get the dirt out so I can pull the tab.

I unplugged my sensor And turn the key over and my fan did not kick on?I changed the relay and it kicks on sometimes just not all the time and over heats

Get the water hose and look at your radiator and make sure you can see through the cooling fins

If you can not see through it because it has mud and dirt in it, then flush it with the water hose
