I had to wait until parts were available to get the recall done on my clutch. It really put a bad taste in my mouth as I saw all these new machines being sold at the dealers. Polaris should’ve put the customers that have already purchased their products first. Instead they put these new updated clutches in these new machines to get out the door. As the rest of us wait for parts. Just seems backwards to me. After 3 calls to customer service, my dealer just received my part yesterday. Fingers crossed my dealer can get this done before I head west. Just frustrating as hell!

Polaris's main goal is to just put the product out the door and let thee dealers worry about it.

That's why I left Polaris along time ago!! I have been on a Doo for 23 years 11 sleds and only had one issue... It was in my 08 gade X 800 crank seal. @@sinisterfishing8283

All great to hear they are fixing their faulty, poor quality product. Unfortunately many of us lost a lot of money on failed trips and time due to this. I can't relive the disappointments and anger.. My plan is to run as fast as possible away from this company.

Great video! Really enjoyed the technical questions from the snowest team. As well as the detailed answers from Cal. I did have one questions. In the video around 38:26 min in, Ryan ask a questions to Cal about the hotter NGK spark plug. I couldn’t understand the last word in his questions. Can anyone clarify for me what he asked? Ps thanks for the shout out 🙏. Ben Birk

so what is this new spark plug number? my 24 has the same plug as my 22?

The new one is BPR8ES. The 23s ran a BPR9ES
