Not done watching yet, but seeing an air cooled motor, tucked out of all the air....it's gonna have a bad day. If you can score a Suzuki LTZ-400 engine and run a radiator up front. Met a fella with 45,000 miles on his DRZ-400, same base engine as the LTZ. Hopefully I am wrong and it works amazing, can't wait to see it go

Id redo the mount to put the sprocket over the othe sprocket. Less heat on tour back and you could make a chain tensioner by lifting the rear with a 3/4" bolt like a gy6 buggy
