I really enjoy these videos. The production quality is great (lighting, concise/efficient delivery of content, and good explanations of what tools/tricks to use) while still delivering the content efficiently. These videos are perfect for DIYers to help get a really solid frame of reference on what to expect when it’s time to repair something. Thanks for the efforts that go into these.

I need to change to seal where the CV shaft goes in. Do you have a video for that?

Hello, I hope you are well, I always watch your channel, I have a problem with my 2015 Polaris 900 S, I accelerate it and it chokes, I was changing the spark plugs and the coit, they put a fuel pump in but I think it is defective, when I think it is just a piston running, when I accelerate it doesn't move forward it chokes me. I hope you can help me

Good info, should have greased the wheel bearings while you had them exposed seeing that they were open ball bearings

I use a pair of cheap wire stripper pliers with the blunt nose to remove the boot bands. On my rzr 800 it's just as cheap to buy a new axle compare to replacing a boot. 20 to 30 dollars more and u got a new axle to slap in and be out riding.

Can you drive with a little split in the boot or how do I know I need to change the boot

Hi , you said that we need to torque the castle nut to 180ft-lb (245Nm). In my manual of RZR 2018 it say 110ft-lb (149Nm). Why this big difference. What is the good torque

Nice job. Great info without stupid soundtracks and fluff. How about one on carrier bearing replacement in the RZR 900/4?

We'll add it to the list!

Just buy a new cv shaft, slightly more expensive, saves a bunch of time and you won’t break the old shaft first just to buy one anyway

Are the RZR studs for the wheels bigger than the atv models? On my scrambler xp if I torque the lugs any higher than about 55 ft/lb I break studs?
@PartzillaParts7 жыл бұрын
They make things a little beefier on the RZR/Ranger, simply for the weight difference.
