great vid with a couple of comments. In general make sure you mark/index everything before disassemble. I didn't see that in the video and the paper instructions only call this out for the secondary. I made a rookie mistake and spaced this so hopefully I am safe. Also for secondary make sure you grab both sheaves as when I pulled mine the inner fell off and not 100% on alignment for that as well. So far any info I can find on 2016 and later turbo's there is no factory reference marks. Praying that this is incorrect. Taking mine back apart to check for factory marks. Additional discovery was my primary was really cranked on and it took alot more effort to get that off. Later I realize you could do the spring and fingers directly on the machine. was nice to do this on a bench in any case.

I have a 2018 Polaris rzr xp turbo.. i put bigger 32 tires on it,, would you recommend me doing this set up now?
@DynojetResearch2 жыл бұрын
We have seen benefits of the clutch it on a totally stock vehicle. Since you have installed larger, heavier wheel/tire combo is definitely recommended to get the clutching setup properly.

How do you know where to put the magnets in the arms? Do you fill all the spots or is it specific

Hello what is the difference on SKU 19-DCK6 vs SKU 19-DCK1? Can i use SKU 19-DCK1 ON MY pOLARIS rZR XP TURBO 2018? Grateful for help. Best regards Tobias

Double check the fitment info on our website prior to purchase, but the 19-DCK6 is the one you need: www.dynojet.com/utv-clutch-kit-for-polaris-rzr-xp-turbo-19-dck6/

Is this the same install for a 1000 2021?
@DynojetResearch2 жыл бұрын
It will be a similar installation process. It may require different tools as per the service manual. If you are needing further assistance, please contact our technical department at 702-745-5282.

Well looky there!! It looks like there's no foot pounds of torque on them bolts for putting back the clutch compressor!!! Or could I be wrong!?.. 🤔💡🙄😒🤯😂🤣👋🙌

I’m having problems with my 21 turbo slipping the belt over 5-6k rpms hard throttle, would his kit help it? Bone stock rzr
Ira, the Dynojet clutch kit should cure the issue you're having. The Pro XP has a very weak secondary spring. Our secondary spring is stiffer than the factory spring. Our primary spring is also stiffer than stock and our clutch arms allow you to dial in your clutch for whatever terrain you plan to ride in and whichever tire size you have.

@@DynojetResearch if I’m not mistaken the 2021 has a stronger factory secondary spring so I’m thinking the problem is in the primary

What if you do a lot of both sand and hard pack? Do I have to change springs for every ride if I go place to place?
@DynojetResearch4 жыл бұрын
Optimally, yes. But you can get by with either. If you run paddles in the sand, we recommend using the yellow spring in the primary. If not, use the red.
