When do you know to use ND32 or ND64? Keep up the vids!

I find that I've just defaulted to using the 64 with video for most times of the day unless within an hour or 2 after sunrise or before sunset. I've hardly ever needed to push ISO past 800 with the 64 if it got too dark flying even in those hours to maintain my shutter at 2x frame rate. So I just keep the 64 on mine all the time due to my laziness :P
