With a Redline N7, at max PSI (120) I get around 550 fps. I'm a little let down by this system, especially since they are offering an SR25 nozzle package, which means they do intend this system to be used for DMR roles, but it seems to be lacking in full DMR capabilities. Some fields and events allow for up to 550 FPS @ .20g bb. However, I'm very pleased that the nozzle return is spring-actuated, as opposed to the Redline's pneumatic-actuation, which has introduced some variance shot to shot. (I'm seeing a range of 386 to 393 fps w/ .32g (2.25j) @ 105-110 PSI, but every so often I'll have a bb 10fps low). And as we see from the chronograph here, there are pretty tight fps groupings (271-276 fps w/ .20g @ 60 PSI)

TRowland223 seemed like he was at 505 with a .20 at 100 psi so at 120 would be on par or higher than the n7 add the max 180 hotttt damnit you’re probably well over 600 FPS

I figured it out. On the production model you must remove the charging cable from the assembly by pushing up a pin that is stopping the sliver piece that re cocks the system when you pull the cable lies. Once that is out you then can simple pull out the charging cable --- next step is to then press the trigger & it releases the valve exposing the spring.

For the PR15, what if an empty mag pushed the bolt catch up and it somehow caught that nozzle in its rearward position. It might need an additional cutout to catch onto. Could be a way to get last shot hold open.

What is that gear box that you used i n this video. You said it was pretty old and has been in all sorts of builds. What is it? I'm on my second shell for my Kythera. The first was just a bad idea to use. It was a V2 shell, but originally used in a Echo1 AR57 gun. To use the 5.7 mags from the P90 the front top of the shell top down was thinner and when I used the aluminum HVAC tape to adjust the nozzle alignment, this eventually put too much pressure of the shell and bent the top of the gear box shell where it was already thin. Anyhow, I'd love to know what you guys recommend for gear box shells. Thanks, loving my Kythera!

At 6:21 you show how to change the velocity spring. This is virtually impossible on my model. I did everything you did on my lathers and that shaft would not release what so ever the trigger didn’t release it

Check their manual on the site. Just remove the pin of the reset cable.

I can not change the velocity spring at all on my unit. Pressing the trigger does NOT release the valve. I press the trigger and it’s locked in place. What do you recommend

Great news. Thank you for those video updates. I'm looking forward to the release. However I'd like to ask for some things. Are you planing to produce longer nozzles and spacers for SR25 receivers (rifle bodies)? Especially for SR 25 A&K. In case if you don't plan to produce longer Kythera for extended gearboxes.

I'm disappointed. I installed hard spring inside my kythera and high pressure spring in the UGS that supposed to be 180 to 200 max psi. But when you max the UGS adjustment it kinda choke and I have to back out the set screw psi adjustment to make it work properly again and only shoots less 400 fps. Everything is aligned and sealed.

No FCU (thus a waterproof platform), *and* realistic trigger pull (based upon reading up on it on your website)? Think I'll start playing HPA via Kythera (never thought I'd say that). Seems that this product increases the "reach out and touch someone" component with *zero* electronics and realism such that I must try it out. Mini-Grey will take the p1ss out of me for doing so (he's been playing HPA for over a year now), and Grey Jr will shake his head (he's a GBBR purist). I'm agnostic so long as I can improve my skills. I've been waiting for something like this to come out for some time; well done. When do you ship for non-Pre-orders?

Sorry if I'm a bit dumb, but can someone explain me what the problem with the spring is? Meaning, what happens if you use the heavy spring with low PSI and vice versa, the light spring with high PSI? I saw the rise in FPS with the heavy spring and high PSI but surely that will not be everything.

Heavy spring on low psi will probably have an increased fps and or joule I’d think so instead of the 206 it would be around 240 give or take
