Although it is cool, trying to talk over comms while a copter keeps circling your position on the ground was a nightmare at 2 events I attended this year.

Totally agree, it can be a nightmare trying to communicate over the noise of a helicopter, but I guess it adds to the realism and intensity of the experience! Definitely makes for some memorable moments though.

Eh. The connectors should of been potted in with some epoxy like good laptop batteries are. Friend gave me one of the cables to fix. The crimps either weren't crimped properly, or damaged were they crimp onto the insulation causing loose strands. Bridging connections together making the airsoft gun go off. Poor design

It's kinda disappointing to see Polarstar pursuing a solution that generates more long-term expense and waste, especially when 15ci and 8ci HPA tanks already exist. What problem does this solve that hasn't already been solved by the CGS or a small HPA tank? Meanwhile we've been waiting for the Kythera FA for years. When is that going to come to fruition?

Although a great invention , if you already looked at the HPA market right now they have 15 and 17 4500psi CF tanks. I run an F2 MPX on a 17/4500 tank and I have got 2800shots out of it. I think for blueprint and longevity this product not very sustainable and the cost to keep replacing c02 seems high then investing in a several small HPA tanks.

My airline didn’t come with an adapter. The website doesn’t say it needs it, nor does it have it, the pictures show it doesn’t have it, and I can’t find ANYTHING on the internet addressing this. Bought a kythera and I've been having nothing but problems. Right when I think I had it dialed in after watching so many videos I decided to watch this one before fielding it. Took it out to my next game and i had little to no hop. Bbs just dropping. Took it apart and saw grease everywhere on the nozzle down my barrel. Cleaned it all off from where I can see and then same thing. Opened it back up and grease everywhere again.I know very little about this kythera. Just been following every instruction video I can find. Do not grease where these guys say to grease it. Maybe where the o rings are only. And a very little tiny bit. Just give it an extremely light coating so it's not dry. I think I finally got this thing going. But only some heavy testing this weekend will tell.

I recently bought a used gun with the Kythera installed. I did some of my own changes to it and kinda messed up the previous owner's settings and tune. Doing some research I found out about the Kythera being notorious for leaking air. And there were a few people suggesting wrapping the hop up bucking with teflon tape to maintain a consistent seal. I would try this. You don't need it super thick(which you'll if it's too thick, the hop up unit will not fit). I test fired my gun with the Kythera and it is shooting noticeably further than before I wrapped with teflon tape. I also did this to my polarstar engine installed gun, and that made the same improvements! Also Idk if you bought the shims that Polar star sells, but as an alternative. I wrapped the front of the Kythera with teflon tape, enough to eliminate the move. Basically a cheap, quick temporary fix to see if any issues you're having have been eliminated. Good luck.

@@cameronp2951 The main seal is usually where it leaks (so the O-rings underneath the gold cylinder when you unscrew it.) If you put your finger over the nozzle and feel air pressure building up, try greasing all the main O-rings.
