Thank you, it's my second day completing the workout and although it was muscle burning at times I am enjoying the conditioning to one of the coolest dances out there! ❤

My ceilings & pole are currently very short and I am almost 6ft, so I have been looking for off the pole conditioning. This was wonderful! Thank you so much! My arms burn!!!

Awesome video! I love how you explain the exercises first and you explain very well. Starting with polesport next week so thought I’d get ahead with the training haha! Not sure why you don’t have more views, keep up the good work.

Hello thx you for the video how many time a week should I do the training to see results?
@AmyBreurFitness3 жыл бұрын
Thankyou for watching. Im glad you enjoyed the video! Frequency would depend on what other training your doing. But I would suggest off the pole conditioning atleast 2 x p/week to supplement your pole training

Lots of arm. Not so much core. Is this based on science? Will this actually get me better at pole work?
@AmyBreurFitness3 жыл бұрын
Yes lots of upper body exercises in this workout 😊 However through every exercise our core should be engaged, not just the direct ab exercises. The whole body works together including when we are up the pole and the core includes much more than just the visual aba that we see. Yes strengthening your upper body and core as in this workout will help you get stronger for pole. Keeping those arms and core strong will also help you prevent some all too common injuries. Let me know if you have any questions 😊
