Pole Passion core moves syllabus contains 200 key moves at Levels 1-5, covering poses, transitions, spins, inverts, combinations and conditioning. For each move we have included a written breakdown of how to complete it, and a video.
The Core Moves Syllabus also includes suggested Training and Lesson Plans to help you structure your training or instructing. This includes regressions, progressions and alternatives.
There are also videos with example warm ups and cool downs, to help you train at home or to inspire you to create new content for your classes.
