CAD looks good, love the stream! Not sure about Cali, but in Florida, cops have to get their speedometers calibrated so that they can pace clock vehicles. Radar isn't always required ;)

Polecat just for information you don't need radar for speeding. All police vehicles have certified calibration on the speedometer. If you can pace a car you can use that in court

What you call mic clicks are mdc, and or repeater access coding. the chirp, or tone in real life gives a Id of the unit speaking. most places using digital don't use these as id comes automatically without need for any data tone or numbering.
