This is OST of the Japanese animation Ghost in the Shell in Russian, English and Latin. Forestella opened the last round of Phantom Singer All Stars like this! I heard from online audience there was a long silence after finishing the song. Forestella selected and contacted the dancer team (Dellomez) to complete their performance. They directed the choreos by exchanging feedbacks with dancer team to express what they intended in it as well. The main theme of this song was asking oneself about "What identifies who I am?".

I watched this video on TV, and the audience didn't clap after the song was over, but everyone was surprised and frozen. They were silent for a while and then they started clapping one by one.

It wasn't pseudo Latin here..you might be confused with Champions' pseudo Latin I guess. It is just Latin from original lyrics of Inner Universe itself.

@@manaciel I know that those are the lyrics from the original but the phrase "aeria gloriis" is not correct Latin. There is a post on the Quora website called "What languages is "Inner Universe" sung in?". There is a detailed explanation why this phrase doesn't make sense. Of course that's not Forestella's fault, they just covered the original.

Thank you for your fantastic reaction to Forestella again! Please blur the screen to avoid being blocked by JTBC. I saw many reactions got blocked for the video use from JTBC. Surprisingly it seems JTBC doesn't like Forestella. This Inner Universe wasn't even uploaded on KZbin saying there's copyright issue but KBS could release the same song without any problem. (It happened to Shape of you as well) But I love this version, it has fantastic visual and choreographers. So please edit the video to keep it watchable here (bcs JTBC often blocked the reactions only for Koreans)..

Sorry for spoiling the story of the Ghost in the Shell, I believe they took the theme from 1995 theater version, (I copied and pasted some explanation from Wikipedia tho) in this post-cyberpunk iteration of a possible future, computer technology has advanced to the point that many members of the public possess cyberbrains, technology that allows them to interface their biological brain with various networks. The level of cyberization varies from simple minimal interfaces to almost complete replacement of the brain with cybernetic parts, in cases of severe trauma. An often-mentioned term is "ghost", referring to the consciousness inhabiting the body (the "shell") But a hacker whom is called Puppet Master controlled people by hacking the cyberbrain(ghost) and hacked people are not aware of wrong memory or being hacked till the hacker control them. The scene before starting the song showed the people living usual life (dancers moving here and there casually) but they all stopped when the Puppet-master (singers) commanded something (started to sing). Forestella said they sang it like as messengers or devine beings prospecting the human beings. The protagonist in Ghost in the Shell is a cop chasing the hacker. She came to ask herself "if my memory is incompete and unsafe from hacking, what makes me identify 'myself' then?" This is serious question of self-identification we also could have. I believe this song is related with their new original song "Save our lives" and they sang it as their concert opening song.

It's a solo song by the soprano of FORESTELLA, Kang Hyeong-ho, and his solo stage name is PITTA. I bet you'll enjoy this song for sure. Unlike other 3 guys of FORESTELLA, PITTA had no musical training. He's been working as a reserach chemist at one of the biggest companies in Korea before he applied to an audition "Phantom Singer 2". He was so stressful during the audition, becuase he didn't even know how to read the musical characters.
