She's clearly having a mental break but she's out on bail cause the week is still young? I know we're Canadian but there's such a thing as being too nice! Every time someone kills another person while out on bail, they should throw the judge in jail too for their bad judgment. That might fix the system.

Victims, their sex doesn’t seem to matter but r they all caucasian. Spree killers have underlying rage ( or psychosis) that explodes. Not to say , i’m suggesting insanity and plea . I Definitely don’t know enough about her. So very sad for the loved ones of victims.
