If ya running from the cops at speed, stop looking back every 5 seconds. That’s taking your eyes off the road & that’s asking for trouble. They aren’t going to be any closer in that time. Look where you’re going & stay focused. In saying that, I don’t encourage running, it’s inherently dangerous on its own.

It is ALWAYS your fault, when you get involved in an accident on a bike. Except if someone purposefully causes it... it's YOUR life on the line. If you fail to keep yourself safe, and you fail, you are the one who's failed. Traffic is dangerous because people act random. Act accordingly, or fail and take the blame

Soo, what you’re saying is, people who drive cars, and by accident, completely forgetting to check surrounding before turning onto another road or lane while a motorcyclist is arriving towards them or the intersection. Which causes an accident and is somehow the person on the bike is at fault when they had the right away?! Because that’s what happened with my brother whom was very safe with his motorcycle. Even when his biker pals sped on the highway and such they had to wait for my brother to catch up cause he does the speed limit. He went to do a nightly drive with his fiancé after learning me and my parents were moving back home from another state in 2018. Didn’t even make it 5 mins from home when a company van pulled right out in front of him trying to turn onto another road not checking his surroundings at all (cause if that driver did he would’ve seen my brother approaching, driver didn’t check on purpose, just accidental) causing my brother to crash into the side of said van making both him and his fiancé die on impact. After all that and including what you just said, IT’S MY BROTHERS FAULT?! DUDE YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR VIEW POINT ON THIS SHIT BECAUSE THAT’S A FUCKED UP VIEW POINT.

But i do deal in responsibility and failing to fulfill ones responsibility. Aka failing ones responsibility to guard you and yours every step of the way. Every mans responsibility. Yours is heavy now that he's gone. I've lost someone too. I'm sorry for your loss.
