How does the the marked police car look if it is equipped with the last 3 black simple liveries with full black paint on?I wanna make a unmarked police car with the marked one,cuz it's performance and customization is better but I don't wanna spend that much to buy the wrong car

The marked one has enough customization that you can make it look exactly like the unmarked one if you wanted to. I would get the marked one any day over the unmarked one.
