He is then confused by a why a billboard changes, even though they change just like than in real life. Then he gets injured 3 times and quits.

In my experience of playing police force to find directions to an emergency call you must double click on the text above. When you find a dumped car on the side of the road you must use your PDA to scan the car. Chances are its illegally parked or a stolen vehicle. When you see men fighting or stabbing each other you must switch to Susan and use your pepper spray. To switch to Susan you must click on her. DO GET BACK TO ME ON THAT IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES.

To me that's odd. Crown vics are by no means fast. They're just big boats of a car. Should be at least 1 interceptor per station. The fastest cop car I've seen here was a dodge charger srt8

Obviously this is ridiculous. You have no way of knowing if someone means to kill you or not while they are attacking you unless they stop. If you think you can stop the attack non lethally, go right ahead, but that doesn't make the shot unjustifiable. Lesson: don't attack police officers.
