Adam Cox was rational and so was Brandon. Her actions allienated her whole family from Adam to all the cousins Uncles and Aunts. She wouldn't give the kids up because she wanted to collect their SS payments. Kay tried to get JJ and Tyle.. Her sister said she would have taken them.

Charles was a 60 year old stud. The man had an awful lot going for him, including excellent discernment there in the end. He was still a caring, loving father, and even husband to that monster. He was 100% right, and on point. He tried to stop it all, and no one listened to him. It’s a really rotten double standard. He was not the woman in the situation, so...I am so, so glad that he changed his life insurance policy. It brings me a lot of glee that Lori had to learn that the hard way. It brings me even more to see her in prison. Charles was right, she is “the destroyer of lives.”

Very glad he changed his life insurance to his sweet sister too! Nobody would listen to him because most of our “services” are not trained or informed. A man documented of running from CPS in 2001 was allowed to pretend he was my “roommate” in 2012 and tried to do to me what Laurie husband tried 24 hour mental evaluation. I told the NP Andrew was not my roommate ran from CPS when accuse of raping 10 year old step daughter, no follow up, but it documented in my medical chart as my therapist called for me. Ashley was her name. Today is her Birthday. She was murdered 5-18-2001. Those nasty’s believe who they want, no checking, nothing. Andrew was able to steal from me all my possessions and about $4,000 in credit card debt, bunch of cash. Not able to fix as he diverted medical care to, easy to behavioral health. They usually help the perpetrators as I was a nurse I have met hundreds of victims now. This family has detail with mind games on a major level. Very sad they did not take that women for 24 hour observation but they believe who they want, not fact or the court it looks like. Wrongful death for not having her taking to urgent psychiatric Care UPC as the court order was written. Chandler police only heard Charlie talk about money but did not listen to what he was saying. Tragic! Wrongful death would be only way Charlie family could get Justice for that Failure.

“It’s best that Lori and JJ have the house” “I want her to be safe” “I want her to be taken care of” “I want her and JJ to be comfortable at the house” What more did this woman want from the man? He was so selfless, thoughtful, and compassionate, so engaged, why would she do all this when she had a responsible man who was so giving and open yet willing to give her space and independence? Not suffocating or domineering at all as many men footing the bill can be. I really don’t understand what her bottom line was. A million dollars? Over the course of this guy’s life with her and the kids, he would have given her more than that. He was great and she was an airhead freak show. She robbed everyone of everything. For what? Sounds to me this was an ambush. My theory is that Lori called Charles to come to the house. When he gets there, surprise surprise: the thug (Alex) is there, ready to kill. When Charles realizes this, he probably attempts to call police. That's why they took away his phone. Now, how this premeditated and brutal murder got labeled as self-defense is beyond me.

This is the most normal interview I've heard, yet. Every other person interviewed, on some level, seemed nuts! Besides this guy, all these ex friends of Lori's were listening to and around me her for at least a no year, knowing all this "religious" extremist behavior, talk of spirits and end of world and stood by. Her parents, brother, friends, all were part of this bizarre thinking. They cut out the brother that actually said, "Lori, you're nuts". Also, did the authorities know there was a cult of people preparing for the end? Bc IMO this entire cult should have been on radar for a long time.

How come the school didn't report anything when Lori disappeared for the first time, for over 50 days and left Tyler with Alex? I TOTALLY don't understand why Charles' death wasn't declared a murder until Alex Cox was already dead! Social Services should have started checking, the moment Charles got killed and they threw a barbeque. I also hear that JJ threw an Autistic Tantrum at school, screaming, "Tyler's not dead". All social media knew the “day of the homicide” that they had a pool party! Why would the police not know that. They removed the tape and I would think that to do that would be against the law for forensics purposes, that party messed up the crime scene, or it was ethically horrid at the very least! Why didn’t the woman police officer ask Tylee why she said she needed a BAT in her Uncles house to feel safe “ just in case” when she stayed there. .then take it with her from then on? Why was she afraid of her Uncle Alex? Why didn’t the police woman ask Lori why she left the scene of a homicide and didn’t have Tylee take JJ to school in Alex’s truck? Instead she got his phone and wallet off his dead body and copied everything off that phone into either a burner phone they bought at a store before returning to the house and STILL THE POLICE didn’t ask her for the phone or wallet until the next day after she when through and read all his messages and deleted all the messages she wanted deleted and probably added some and knew the police there would be clueless! She was always tree steps ahead of you all the entire time. She’s a serial killer from years back probably clear back to her older sister who died very young, in her twenties ( well of course she did) because Alex is the one who was taking care of her back then too …good old uncle Alex skilled in the art of murder…then Lori took her daughter and just about raised her too ( Melanie Boudreaux) ..and fed her the cool aid from that point on…and almost murdered Melanie’s husband during the fiasco. The mental hospital better be very careful that she doesn’t murder one of them. Chad is actually lucky that he wasn’t the next one to die. Why would anyone with one brain cell leave the scene of the crime and go to Walgreens for flip flops, to get fast food and then go back to the scene of the homicide laughing and joking? Neighbors didn’t think any of it was funny! Why not just have Tylee take J.J to school and Lori stay there and wait for the police? Did they ask Lori when she got there for his wallet? ( NO) The police on the body cam knew it was missing from his body they didn’t know who he was! Did they ask her for his phone when she sauntered up ? (No) the whole fight was supposedly over his phone so she leaves with his phone and wallet and goes to get food and flip flops on Charles credit card. She continued to use his credit cards for all her new wedding attire for her and for Chad weeks before his wife died as well as using Tylees credit card for her needs while she lay dead in Chad’s back yard. Shes what is called a MASTER MANIPULATOR!! She’s a classic habitual liar and does it so well that she’s believable. I guarantee she will be in the ‘nut house’ indefinitely for the rest of her life so she can manipulate the weaker of the staff that she may find. She may even for ‘sex’ find someone to help her escape the mental institution if at all possible. Perhaps not take her medication and save it up pretend to overdose and as they take her to the hospital escape from the hospital facility. She will not be wanting to be executed and burn in hell for her transgressions here. Nope!! a narcissist will never admit wrong doing but blame everyone else.

Contrary to this investigator’s comment, Lori, Tylee, and Alex’s statements did not match! In fact the detective who took Alex’s statement later at the pd said the 3 current statements didn’t match up so he’s wanting clarification. The devil is in the details in this case and it’s those little details that were different between the 3. (I just deleted examples of those specific discrepancies because this post was turning into a novel. There is just so much). Watch Alex’s interview on scene by police and both Lori and Tylee’s interview at the pd (note, they can hear each other’s interview because they are in adjacent rooms with paper thin walls. Tylee doesn’t seem interested in what Lori is saying but Lori listens carefully to Tylee’s statement). Sad side note, In her interview, Tylee makes a statement about her uncle being protective. How sad to realize her “protector” would kill and dismember her in just 2 months!

The focus has been on Tylee and JJ, understandably so but Charles needs to be there, too. The more I learn about him, the more I respect him as a man.💙

This guy just talks absolutely non-stop, which is a good thing, I guess, in this case.

with all of these police interviews being released, how do you think this will affect choosing a jury when this finally goes to trial?

I've wondered the same. But I think people don't follow this case closely because of the number of people involved. You really have to make a commitment of time to understand what was happening. Go to the reddit sites where Mormons hang out; they rarely discuss the case. Partly out of embarrassment, I think, but partly because it's just too complex and weird to bother with.

@@annwood6812 True. I once found a forum for a church I had been going to and was shocked to learn of all the criminal and immoral behavior going on behind the scenes. After I stopped going, people were asking me why and when I told them, some knew vaguely what was happening but made excuses and brushed it aside. The church had also created a new forum that didn't allow talk about those matters, so many people were still in the dark. People in close groups like that are more likely to tune out anything that puts their social network and beliefs in a negative light, IMO.

@@annwood6812 I wondered the same as well and let's all hope this is true, Because the whole world knows this case, But let's just pray 🙏 that there are those that don't know this case, so they can have a "fair and impartial trial", so that no appeal can be made. May these two rot in Prison, and in hell!!!!

At the very end of this video, the sound did a strange "loop" of the words "the report get back". Like it was on an old 33rpm record with a scratch on it.

Who was on the guest list? The circle of followers who gathered to pray for Charles' death? Had she even bothered to clean up his blood or did she show it to everybody as proof their prayers worked? 🤔

I want to know why didn't the detective ask WHO was all celebrating at the pool party after Charles was murdered?! THAT'S IMPORTANT! Errr. Terrible investigation by this police department.

Wow...I'm just speechless. Those poor babies and Charles and Tammy. I truly hope that justice prevails. May God keep them safe. Scotland still remembers as I'm sure the rest of the world do too. This case, the Shannan watts case and now baby petito case it's so sad!

What spouse has a party after their spouse is murdered just to bring normalcy to a kid???? Is this guy nuts? His first instinct was right … it was highly suspicious to have a pool party the day your husband is murdered.

Like he said at the time, "they had been investigating the situation." Well than they should've been smart enough to hold AC in custody until thy finished the investigation. SMH...then things may not have went as far as they did.

I wonder if they checked Charles hands for touch dna from either Alex or Lori. Not hard to place a dead man's hand on a baseball bat to transfer fingerprints.
