@@cindymcmillan609 It is not fair to blame the brother when Charles himself went to the police and was ignored. If they had investigated at all, they would have found what he had said in the divorce papers which shows his claims were not spur of the moment. The officers - TWICE - ignored Charles. If he had not stopped the divorce, there is a good chance the children, at least J.J., would have been with Charles before July. With Lori already having left J.J behind for nearly two months with no contact, I cannot see a judge granting her custody. If you have read all of the information on this, then you know that Adam was meeting with Charles the day Charles was murdered to try to get Lori to some help. Tragically, Adam made the mistake of telling his mother who told Lori because she could not admit that Lori might need help. Adam certainly did not intend to sign Charles' death warrant but he did when he talked to his mom about it the day before. I'm quite certain he is carrying guilt about that phone call as he would not have anticipated his mother telling Lori and Lori having Alex be there to murder Charles. The person to blame for all of this is Lori - and Chad. It was Lori's choice to do all of this and Lori is responsible. Trying to spread the blame does not change that.

@@hannannah1uk In my humble opinion this has zero to do with faith whatsover. Charles wife is likely a person with obsessive compulsive disorder. She became obsessed an issue that another man wrote about. This provided her a idolization that became obsessed with. She then pursues that new man because he has interests she can obsess on, and she leaves for 58 days where that relationship takes off. The man she previously obsessed over, who is freaked out by her leaking new obsession, becomes the enemy as she removes him as her Love Object. But a person with OCD generally: Can't control his or her thoughts or behaviors, even when those thoughts or behaviors are recognized as excessive Spends at least 1 hour a day on these thoughts or behaviors Doesn’t get pleasure when performing the behaviors or rituals, but may feel brief relief from the anxiety the thoughts cause Experiences significant problems in their daily life due to these thoughts or behaviors She is so hyped because her brain chemistry remains in a manic phase. In her exposure to LDS and later the 144000 Doomsday Conjecture, she has a garden where she finds friends and a garden for her mind to assign meanings to her obsession and fear. I remember that, and when Lori said "He took JJ out to the car with his backpack then came back in" I thought, What, are they sharing a car too?? 🤔
@ohheyykristina3 жыл бұрын
If I remember correctly during Lori’s interview after Charles was murdered, she told the investigator woman that she wasn’t really thinking but JJ was autistic and had to have chicken fries for breakfast every morning and she didn’t want him to know what was going on so she just hopped in the car and took JJ to Burger King and to school. But they all contradicted each other throughout their interviews. Tylee said in her interview “that mom left in Charles car because JJ was already strapped in it so they went to Burger King “because for some reason, JJ wanted chicken fries this morning” She sounded like it was odd or out of character but Lori made it seem like “JJ just doesn’t understand anything, he’s special needs and that was his routine.” Anyways, from my understanding the sequence of events happened sorta like this...Lori claimed every time Charles picked up JJ, he would get him strapped in his car seat then he’d have to come back inside because he’d “purposely” leave something in her house, just so he had a reason to have to come back inside. She said that Charles just so happened to forget his phone in the house so when he came back in looking for it, she held it up and asked “are you looking for your phone. What are you so worried about me seeing? She proceeds to read his text messages out loud asking “why have you been texting my brother, Adam?!” She said Charles became belligerent, demanding she hand him her phone. She wouldn’t give it to him and he was yelling and screaming at her in the hallway. Alex claims he was asleep in JJ’s room and he heard arguing so he came out and Lori was in the hallway fending off Charles. He and Charles had argued back and forth and Charles kept coming toward Lori. Alex says he shoves Charles back (the officer asked how he shoved him? Alex first said he shoved him and Charles stumbled backwards. The officer asked if Charles stumbled backwards or if he fell down? Alex then says he shoved Charles and he fell to the ground backwards). At some point during all this, Tylee comes out holding a baseball bat and kinda poked it into Charles to stop him from getting close to Lori. She said Charles grabbed the bat, ripping it out of her hands and it knocked her to the ground. Alex then grabs Charles from behind - like arm/elbow around his neck and yanked him backwards away from Tylee. DhAround this time is when he claims Charles whacked him with the bat. So Alex goes into his room to get his gun. He says Charles taunts him asking “what are you going to shoot me? Alex said he would if he didn’t drop the bat. Alex said Charles proceeded to come for him and fearing for his life he shot him...twice in the chest. Lori claims she and Tylee had went around the two men arguing moments apart from each other so they were outside when they heard a shot. Tylee said she was trying to keep JJ in the car so he didn’t go inside then Lori came out the door. Lori said just hopped in Charles rental car because her purse and all was in the house and she didn’t want the kids to see anything that happened inside so she just took JJ to school in Charles’s car. Tylee told the investigator that they were about to leave in Charle’s rental car and her mom asked her to run inside and grab her purse (...like wtfffff?! right??!!!) and she just “ran inside quickly but she knew she heard a gunshot so she made sure not to look around so she didn’t see anything, grabbed her moms purse and ran back outside. Neither Lori nor Alex mentioned that to the investigator and I can’t believe they didn’t call them back in to figure out why tf she would send Tylee into the home if Alex had just shot Charles. I’m not sure what exactly Tylee saw/knew that day but her story did not match either of their stories. All three of them each said they can NOT recall anything that Charles was screaming during the entire incident, they can only remember that he was acting crazier than they had ever seen him...) This absolutely was a set up. Lori had no business touching Charle’s phone or going thru it and taunting him. If Charles really challenged Alex and said he wouldn’t shoot him then it sounds like to me, Alex was itching for an excuse to kill him anyway. I am also curious how Alex ended up getting a boop mark on the back of his head? Charles was in shape and used to play semi-pro so I have no doubt that if Charles actually took a swing at Alex he would’ve taken his dome clean off if he wanted to. Alex was not in imminent danger and he did not use an equal or appropriate amount force so I’m shocked the police were cool with him putting 2 bullets precisely in a mans chest then needed to go clean the blood off of his boopity boop then finally decided to call 911 after 8a? Nobody checked the time to see how much time his boop took to clean? I hope some officers lose their jobs or are held responsible for letting 2 killers stay on the streets who couldn’t have had Tylee or JJ murdered if it hadn’t been for their pathetic excuse of an investigation.

Listening to this is horrible, knowing that Adam provided Chandler police with a mountain of critical information about Lori’s TWO planned hits with Alex (Joe also) and one pulled off successfully. From the most credible informant possible- a brother who loves her, and is the family favorite (up until now) and wants her to get mental help. This police department has a lot to answer for. Why they didn’t do extensive follow up leading to a criminal charge for Alex- that feels criminal. They knew (or should have known) they had a likely serial killer on their hands.

What a difference between the Rexburg and Chandler police departments. Adam provided the Chandler police with a mountain of incriminating evidence that should have led to an intensive re-examination of Alex and Lori's version of Charles Vallow's murder - one that may well have culminated in the arrest of Alex Cox. The inaction of Chandler's law enforcement officials is arguably directly responsible for the deaths of Kylee, JJ and possibly Tammy as well. Rexburg's police department, on the other hand , deserves accolades for their work (even more impressive seeing as Rexburg is about 1/3rd the size of Chandler).
@maureenerwin6485 Жыл бұрын
Agree 100%. Listening to this phone call, Adam is entirely credible. Even the police can’t take children away from a home where a parent “believes weird things”. If so, half of America’s children would’ve been removed. They also can’t arrest someone without evidence. There is good chance that Alex Cox killed Stacey Cox, the diabetic , who died aged 31 , with insulin overdose . (It is known he stole and used her credit card after she was dead ). @F_Tim19613 жыл бұрын
@@BootsEditor11 I have always suspected that Insulin was used to kill Tammy and I think the coroner could have come to that conclusion too but she was in the ground for something like 18 days and with Insulin being a natural product and what the hell does extremely low blood sugar mean in a corpse that is that old. THEN just the other day I found out about this Stacey and it all started to make sense. There are now formal allegations to LE that Lori used to grind up Xanax and put it in C Vallow's food or milkshakes. Stacey was in fact in a bad way with all sorts of problems plus depression. It's hard to say how she ended up dead. Joe Ryan- Now I find that Lori promised that she would get back at Joe big time for pressing charges against Alex. Hell, Alex had kidnapped him and planned to kill him, is the way I read things. Then about 8 years later (after Alex's assault) old Joe drops dead of a heart attack , so called. I have fished the police (Phoenix ) off the interweb but clearly I can't place it here. The issue was that Joe was pretty smelly by the time the coroner made conversation with him - he was discovered dead after 12 - 14 days from time of death. THe only way Lori could have done it was to say meet him to make up for old times then stuck something in his drink and then possibly injected him with a massive dose of insulin and then walked out of the house. Now since Alex C had some massive hate against Joe , the best guess is that Alex finished him once he'd been zonked with xanax. How was Joe found ??.. well some neighbour was walking a dog and noticed a horrible stench coming from the Ryan Residence - I guessed he lived alone and called the cops for a welfare check on poor old Joe. Joe was not particularly old . If it was moyder it was very well done and no trace left. Could this to be stuck to Lori ? it depends on phone records. If Old records are available and BOTH she and Alex C were in the area 12-14 days before his discovery as dead it would then be very likely they knew something. Obviously Joe is not going to let Alex anywhere near his place. If this is true - then the tally would be Dead responsible party Joe R Lori and Alex Cox possibly but extremely hard to prove even with tower dumps showing proximity. C. Vallow Lori and Alex (murder by Alex now official). Possible also Tylee as lying accomplice. Tammy D Chad for sure Possibly also either Alex or Lori Tylee R Chad and Alex for sure (from mobile phone records and a satellite photo 24hrs later showing the grave site . Lori as probable accessory after the fact.) JJ Vallow Alex and Lori (based on eyewitness account re Alex) with Chad highly implicated for the digging of the grave. Alex Cox Zulema possibly on instruction from Lori and with Lori supplying insulin or some poison. Alternatives are suicide and natural death. I think it highly unlikely that Alex would have committed suicide - he'd done a lot of killing and he had not harmed himself earlier. Now If you listen to the 911 recording re the death of Alex Cox (Ytube) her idiot Latino son who is utterly hopeless , Zulema's reaction is not plausible. Her husband of less than two weeks is unconscious and dying in excrement on the Bathroom floor and she is all business. Most women in that situation coming on it after driving in from shopping would be screaming and hysterical. Zulema seems to have been expecting what she saw in front of her. Frankly, this family seems to nearly have killed more people than the Nazis. I can't see how Chad can escape the death penalty and given that - there is not much incentive for him to drop Lori in it. I'd say the main charge that is likely to stick is she assisted in the killing of Tammy , if Chad gives sufficient detail and if her phone record has her there on site say 4- six hrs before death occurred. Would a jury convict ? hard to say. TE Fidler

What she had that poor daughter do to lie for her mother is heart breaking and disgusting. These people have no compassion, belief systems with no basis in reality, twisted ideas of loyalty, love of money and attempt to portray the most fundamental (and secret)of Mormon belief systems. @@GlennaVan Annie, Joe's sister, the one who visited with Tylee and Lori after her brother was murdered, has a channel and has detailed a timeline and her observations and conclusions about what happen to him. She said that Lori had in her possession all of Joe's paperwork in boxes, among other things, smelling like death. She shows what the apartment looked like at the time of his death and all of her impressions. And the police said that they let Lori go in with Tylee after Joe was found dead to retrieve what she wanted, unattended. So at the most Lori took Tylee with her to set up the apartment, remove what she wanted and was let back into the apartment with Tylee, after Joe's body had been removed. Lori's brother may have also been there because the window had been left unlocked. And then there are the many things Lori said about Joe Ryan in front of Tylee like, "the world's a better place without Joe in in" over and over again, plus describing in detail what had happened to Joe and his mattress in detail, repeatedly, as he decomposed. She talked about the smell, the different decaying fluids, the high heat.... I don't consider the conversation appropriate for a child to hear over and over. Tylee may have been 15, in my book, that's young. Too young to be part of any of Lori's shenanigans. She knew exactly who her mother was, she just didn't think it would happen to her. She didn't have a chance at life, was exposed to things that nobody should ever be regardless of age and is the murdered daughter of a murdered father. Let's not forget that Joe left Tylee insurance money. Tylee was just coming into her money, gaining her freedom. Lori was the trustee of her money. We can add another reason why she's not still here, mother spent it. She probably counted on Charles' million dollar pot of gold to replace it. God bless you, God bless the children.

I am so sad that this man has had to wrestle with a clearly unhealthy sister and brother in such great degree and even Lori’s Neice Melanie was following in her aunts footsteps attempting the murder of her own x husband during their divorce. All the death following Lori Vallow is signs of a serial killer and just horrifying. How Adam Cox came out of this so aware of the truth and clear is mind blowing. Thanks Adam for all this amazing insight into your troubled brother and sister.

That´s amazing how nobody noticed Melanie using exactly the same MO as Lori to get her hands on his 1000000 policy as beneficiary, and knowing her children were considered dark....
@planewithoutapilot Жыл бұрын
@@politicallyincorrect5802 Now I don’t know if this is fact. However, there is substantial rumors and tellings of the oldest sister of Alex and Lori (Stacey Lynn Cox Cope) died mysteriously in 1998. It is reported that Alex, was caught using her credit cards after. Now here is the stinger- alleged rape & molestation of Stacey, by whom else (Alex)- thus resulting in Melanie. Also - Lori is being extradited to Arizona for the death of Charles Vallow and attempted murder of Brandon Boudreaux, on conspiracy charges and so Melanie still may be held to some accountability- maybe? Cause she had to know that the attempt was happening being that Alex was in Charles Jeep, and cell phones tracked him in a two day drive from Rexburg. Unreal -

Lori’s brother is asking the exact questions that the police should have checked when Charles was murdered, as he said he loves his brother and sister but he’s able to be objective in a way that the police weren’t. How sad this all is, Lori and Chad have left so many people hurt and confused on top of the innocent lives that have been lost. What a terrible mess they’ve made 💔 I just really hope they are jailed for the rest of their lives, they need to be taken out of society permanently

Those police completely dropped the ball and those kids would still be alive if they had actually did any sort of investigation, there were red flags everywhere. Especially with Alex not even having a mark on his head where he was supposedly hit with a bat by a man that was a minor league baseball player. If he hit Alex he would have crushed his skull one shot and Alex would have been the dead one. Those cops have blood on their hands.

@@sst6358 it is a big problem and that they did have Lori come in for a mental evaluation. She was out in a very short time so I don't the evaluation came from a professional. I don't think cops are able to give the kind of evaluation that Lori needed. This is a big problem in our police force they need people that can do proper evaluations in situations where the person seems to be Bentley unstable. In several highly publicized cases lately the person has been shot because the police didn't know how to handle the situation. Policemen are not trained to handle the mentally ill.

The greatest tragedy in all this is the incompetence of the detectives in Arizona. That they did not arrest Alex for the homicide of Charles means that three other people were murdered... I find the detective's behavior odd especially at the end. First, he was not really asking the probing questions you would expect of a detective nor was he taking the lead. Adam was doing all the talking with little to no direction from the detective. At the end it seemed he just wanted to get off the phone. He had a star witness in his hand but didn't seem that interested. The whole police situation is suspect to me. It's almost as if they had the police in their pocket too. They had all this info but were happy to believe Alex & Lori despite of so much info to the contrary. I cannot help but think that the police & SO many others could have saved these children. Both Melanies in particular. No question in my mind Melanie P was having Alex take care of her ex husband. Alex's death is also very suspicious & I suspect Zulima was not surprised by his death & perhaps maybe gained monitarily. So many need to be held accountable.
