Police: Man kicked out of bar in NE Philly fires 15 shots into building, hits woman sitting inside

Police say a man who was kicked out of the Philly Bar & Restaurant in Northeast Philadelphia fired 15 shots at the building, fatally shooting a woman in the head as she sat inside with friends. FOX 29's Steve Keeley has the story.
