Police: MTA bus driver discovers fetus on bus seat

Baltimore City police and Maryland Transit Administration police responded to a report of a fetus found on an MTA bus Saturday. Police say they responded to the 2500 block of Kirk Avenue around 12:40 p.m. after an MTA bus driver reported finding a fetus on a seat inside the bus.
