Ok, this is weird, the owner of the car alighted, left the keys in the car and went to do something . That naturally makes it easier to for the suspect to escape in her car while Afro-American. Later on, CJ on his usual morning run would be wrongfully arrested by Ofc Alex Santos who didn't get the full story from dispatch!! Thinking he nabbed the right guy, Ofc Santos will be in trouble with Cpt Porter if he doesn't see the case from both sides. CJ & the suspect may both be Afro-American, but this was an honest guy caught in the crossfire of racism and Grand Theft Auto!!! Hopefully the situation can be resolved, SoulSnackers, someone needs to read supposed suspect the Miranda rights before slapping handcuffs!!! Those things are tight and leave a scar, let's hope for a balanced ending!!
