They think bad publicity is good for their cause. Everyone I've talked to said they want to see someone hurt them. These "activists" need harsher punishments because they're destroying any empathy the public has for their cause with their targeted attacks towards the general public.

If you look it up, many of these "activists organisations" are actually funded by the millionaires from the business they're supposed to be "against of". I'm beginning to suspect that the plan is: instead of having a real opposition, they fabricated these clowns so the public not only doesn't receive their message but instead started to hate them and allign with the other side. It's a great "public oppinion" marketing strategy that could be called "ridicule the message". And these underaged NPC's are great tools, these are no "real activists"...

@wizewizard1840 Жыл бұрын
No, because it was not personal money. It was money of a (criminal) organisation.
@fedegibsonlespaul Жыл бұрын
No, I don't. If you caused economic damage (delaying ppl from work, ambulance, firetruck, police, etc) you'll be sued and, unlike criminal law, in civil law you pay with your patrimony. It's pretty common to freeze assets to protect the right of the victim to get compensated, otherwise ppl would empty their accounts and "get rid" of their assets (change ownership in papers, sell, etc) to avoid having to pay up the debt. And no, it's not like they take your entire livelyhood, they come to an agreement. This mechanics exist since the Romans.
@ghostrangex Жыл бұрын

@@ghostrangex That's exactly how the law works, and it is a civil matter, there is no jail for it. Not only there are laws against blocking the streets, if I lose money because of your unlawful behaviour I will sue you and I will win, and you will pay with your assets if you don't have the money to pay. In the meantime, your assets and account may be frozen by a judge in order to ensure you won't declare bankrupcy and avoid paying the victim. As I said, these mechanisms, like "fraudulent conveyance" from Paulo, exists since Roman Law.
