Condolences to the victim’s family - but this interview is comical, the description of the offender, that there is no retaliation and not likely to be dangerous to the public, so it sounds like in an in-house gang tension where no one will snitch on their mate that pulled the trigger. Be interesting if no independent witnesses come forward.
