The owner or 'their authorised agent' is the usual legal term - I'm a council tenant, not a land/property owner, but if I tell you to get out of my flat and you don't, you're trespassing. Same in a supermarket, for instance - the guy that collects the trolleys wouldn't be able to tell me shit, but managers and supervisors could bar me for whatever reason. I'd imagine a similar structure exists within the 'church' of scientology, but as they're notoriously tight lipped about what happens behind closed doors in the cult, it's hard to say.

Breach of the peace Regina versus Howell also 1982 states a breach of the peace occurs when someone has the fear of being harmed to give someone the fear of being harmed you have to use threatening and or abusive language or hold a threatening and or abusive sign. The wording is very important. It also goes on to say once a breach of the peace has passed there is no breach of the peace IT'S PASSED.
