POLICE try to insight a disturbance of the Peace! - POLICE caused a massive police response for a lawful civil matter. Laura Nina is available on this link; / lauranina74 as highlighted in this video by Billy, the man who was unlawfully arrested by Derbyshire police a few days earlier, which appeared to help a thief attempt to steal Billy's home...
A few reasonable questions and statements are listed below as follows;
Derbyshire police appear to have acted outside their jurisdiction when they arrested a man for what appears to be a malicious arrest in order to help a civil enforcement operative to take his hime from him. The police appear to have colluded with the alleged bailiff in order to help the alleged bailiff take away this mans home.
Have Derbyshire police acted outside their jurisdiction regarding this civil matter?
Why do Derbyshire police think it's ok to just steam roll in to a mans home when all they needed to do was be polite, and ask a few questions or even go as far as to explain to the people, why the police have come to this property?
Why did the police officer not do a Dynamic Risk Assessment before venturing on to the private property?
Derbyshire police clearly state in this video that they had some concerns about the safety of the security operative. If this was true, then why did it take over half an hour for Derbyshire police to respond to that cause for alleged concern?
Did somebody intentionally mislead Derbyshire police with information that did not require a police response?
Waisting police time is a criminal offence according to the laws the police often find they are breaking themselves, instead of upholding the laws they claim they are there to uphold!
Many questions can be raised from this video alone, but many questions that Derbyshire police will intentionally fail to address accordingly!
Will Derbyshire police carry on allowing their police officers, to get involved with civil matters?

PC L Gunn 2588 (male) and PC 15200 (female) accompanying him, of Derbyshire Police, intentionally used unreasonable physical force to push their way through the crowd of people so that it would give them the perfect excuse and reason to call in for backup officers. Literally 30 seconds later after the incident PC Gunn got straight on his radio and the first backup unit arrived on scene very quickly, almost like the patrol vehicle was parked up just around the next corner. PC Gunn and PC 15200 went charging into that civil matter and situation without first assertaining the full facts first and speaking to the home owner, including the other residents who were also living on that street. The only sensible thing the Derbyshire police officers did on that day was finally back off and then leave after a period of time; until the inspector showed up to evaluate the aftermath of what had previously transpired, have a chat with the residents and ensure that the street was peaceful and safe from any further potential incidents that might of occurred.

There was a black car that was also in the area that pulled up at the same time as the first police car. Its seen pulling in to top right of video. Those were the two officers who approached while one of them was the one wearing Tazer with glasses. Later on, they are seen in front of the video camera reversing back out of the road. Derbyshire police appear to have premeditated their response! Well done to everybody who remained peaceful 👍

@@BANAMAN I agree, certainly appears that Derbyshire Police had premeditated the response like you said, 2 backup units arriving almost instantly once the call for additional officers was made, one of them being armed response (taser). It was good to see that everybody, by that I mean the local residents and other members of the public remained peaceful throughout, that's how "We The People" should behave, which the same can't be said for Derbyshire Police who intentionally tried to escalate things on the day in the hopes of making arrests.

Dead bolts on all outer doors/entrances a mininum of two. Locksmiths can only drill locks on doors. They or the bailiffs cannot kick the door in, nor can the police in civil cases. Make sure all door hinges cannot be assessed from outside. Keep all widows closed fit locks. Have someone in the house 24/7. If you are 100% sure you have paid all bills, Mortgage etc. Keep copies of paperwork. Keep all copies of legislation. You have the right to sue these companies and corporations. Use that right. Ignnore any police presence but record their presence. If a police officer asks/demands he/she speaks to you say this. "Officer/Constable I refuse to speak to you, anything you say or do now can and will be used against you in a court of law".

The Inspector said when challenged that he was not an expert in the law. An Inspector should know the law, but what is confusing is that they seem to be policing by legislation and not common law, common law being the law of the land.

Caught on camera the constable breached the peace. defined as:-"Occurs when harm is done or likely to be done to a person or (in his prescence) to his property, or when a person is in fear of being harmed through an assult, affray or other disturbance. In common law, anyone may lawfully arrest a person for breach of the peace committed in his presence, or when he reasonably believes that a person is about to commit or renew such a breach." Note: "In common law, ANYONE may lawfully arrest a person for breach of the peace committed in his presence". He should have been arrested. But knew he was in the wrong so ran off with his tail between his legs. What is worrying is their armed response to a civil dispute which the police know full well they do not get involved. I remember whem I was a kid my dad's car was hit by a careless driver in the 60's and he was told by the police they could do nothing because no one was injured and it was a civil matter. Any other excuse they come up with is BS.
