I served as a Police Constable for 30 years. I have attended a number of “bailiff” incidents. As part of my training learned that in a situation like this, I was there purely to prevent/stop a breach of the peace. Believe it or not, if asked if I was a constable, I could produce my warrant card to prove the fact that I was! I was not there to take sides. If a bailiff wanted to enter a property, they were informed that without the permission of the occupiers they were NOT allowed in. In fact if they tried to force entry, THEY would be arrested. I retired in 1999, and am so glad I’m out. I would not want to be associated with the shower of incompetents that most of them seem to be now!

Good point too. Criminal law is the only law where the fictional man's creation "a person" most closely resembles the creator's creation a Man. This why the only way to deal with such cases is to file criminal cases against another private individua. Pay attention how a man in a police uniform completely changed his behaviour once Richard asked him about is he a constable and under oath. He has gone. He understood that something is not right and if he would carry on he would be liable by Criminal laws. Richard did the best by asking this questio. He is the first whom I see on YT asked this. And it has completely turned the table in people's favour. For People who is doing police audits on YT this is the first question they may try to ask to police uniformed figures when they start to talk with them. Is this not a winner? If it is not, i do not know what it is. Cheers.

Good lord they sent out Big Burtha to try and intimidate you. Noticed how they have no problem sending out so many officers for a civil matter for an easy intimidation job. Wouldn't be surprised if there have been a few thick brown envelopes on their desks from the bailiffs.
@annapachaclarke23927 ай бұрын
Yet where are they for actual crimes!!
@mfr587 ай бұрын
A big problem is that the police generally have no idea how to act lawfully. They are obviously not trained properly and are ignorant. Despite swearing an oath they don't take it seriously, it's just viewed as some archaic formality. In fact they are not constables any more and their oath is to the crown, not the people. Because they represent authority, they side with the bailiffs who they perceive as other arms of authority. The whole ethos is the protection of the corporate state as top priority. Their mindset is not one of protectors of men and women. This cultural behaviour is set from the highest levels and must either change or the police be replaced by a new peace keeping service on behalf of the people.

Well done Richard. You handled the Police very well. It is one thing to know the ins and outs of the rules, but quite something else to deal with this sort of thing directly. It is intimidating, to say the least. The reaction of the Police Sergeant amused me. He is clearly unprepared for any challenge and that's how the system works. Essentially, intimidation is their method.

Somebody needs to follow through with finding out who sent the police (authorised them to attend), they are liable for this action.

Thank you so much Richard for putting this out. My best wishes go out to you all as this is a horrible experience you have gone through twice. I know you will support each other & receive lots of love & support from many but no one should be faced with this situation. I have net you several times at events and I do not pay council tax or utility bills. I'm 81 years young, live alone & the one bailiff who turned up on my door was met by my visiting son. I had just left & he dealt with the intruder magnificently. I have since received a 'court' summons, no name, no signature for an appearance at Portsmouth Crown court in June. I have witnessed one such fraudulent case where 'rat catcher'Rob tried to make a citizen's arrest of the fake judge. He was manhandled by security men & bundled away. I've put a notice on Winchester C C & current bailiffs knowing they are acting unlawfully. There is still a slight fear but I will not back down after two years of work to own my sovereignty,; I won't be able to live with myself if I caved in now. Keep the faith and big hugs to you all.

Some years ago that happened to my daughter they clamped her car on her private driveway which they are not allowed to do and she stopped them by jumping into the car preventing them from lifting it. The problem is these people working as Enforcement agents are debt collectors who have no Lawful powers. So you really need to know how to deal with them and you really do not want the treasonous police constables getting involved because they do not understand the Law they do not respect decisions made In our high courts they don't even understand the difference between being a Constable and being an officer. On this platform, there is an interview with a senior member of the Judiciary the late Master of the Rolls Lord Bingham in which he states, if someone owes a debt we do not send around thugs to extract the money. He was obviously living in his sacred tower out of touch with what the people are going through. Sorry to see this happened to Julia if she was assaulted then that is a criminal matter and you have to report it to the police. You can also take out a tort against those responsible and the CEO of the debt-collecting company. This makes my blood boil and we need mass non resistance to stop it and turn it around.

Someone needs to send a copy of this to Lord Bingham so he can get the real picture.

This happened to my son and his car. What options do we have if this happens
@samrowbotham89147 ай бұрын
@@emilyuk3570 My advice is the same advice I gave to my daughter jump in the car refuse to get out if they threaten to call the police tell them to do so and remind them this is a civil matter. When they give up, you then remind them as they are leaving a maxim of law is he who leaves the battlefield first is the loser. They can never come back and pick off where they left off. My daughter said that and they never came back and the matter was ended the council acting in ultra vires had issued a parking fine against her in violation of English Constitutional Law and statute law. Until people read up and understand about our English Constitution the UK government will continue to violate the social contract and abuse its powers. You can find plenty of good information not only in law books that explain what the English Constitution is all about, you can find out interesting facts by looking at the English Revolution of 1688. In novels about Tudor England. The book I am currently reading germane to this is God's Englishman by Christopher Hill its about Oliver Cromwell. On the first page it gives a Cromwell quote: " We are English, that is one good fact." Oliver Cromwell to Parliament 17 September 1656

1 the cops don't like to have their duty pointed out to them 2. They are there to keep the peace.. usually any aggression usually comes from the subject as they don't like being the target of these ppl and so it appears that the police are helping the bailiffs. 3. The bailiffs only need to identify who they are and any other information to the subject. 4. They probably didn't know whose car was Who's. An overall tricky situation.

How is a split lip & bloody nose not violent? Did Julia give herself a split lip & bloody nose or did somebody else help her out with that? Asking becouse it sure enough sounds like someone was a aggressor & Julia was the receiver of bodily harm. Glad she is alright & hope some justice will come for the harm caused. Those police seemed to be getting a kick out of things smiling & laughing in Richards video. Police are no longer here to serve & protect, as here in AMERICA police have become gang members with badges & guns usually extorting money out of citizens or taking away our constitutional rights. When police are allowed to lie to citizens & those lies stand up in court that just proves how rotten & corrupt the justice system has become, that leaves the door open for citizens handing out vigilante justice. If the justice system keeps failing vigilante justice is exactly what will happen.
