You need to watch their messages again.. police were very nice to them with a long conversation to how to make the situation to resolve it. Again, watch what she said at the end and don't assume it.

I confronted lawmen, I always cooperate with them so I always being fine. I do know few bad cops go overboard treatment but overall many cops are good. I can understand that both of you scare as I do. It’s unpredictable situation because you don’t know what’s going and wondering if cops can communicate with you. That’s problem situation.
