Both are powerful as per circumstances, for instant action Police is more powerful. Police Officers too have "Kalam ki taqat". Chargesheet, FIR and Investigation are examples. Try to be unbiased.

If lawyers were that powerful then every lawyer would do a crime and will not get caught.😂 If you ask a layman that who is more powerful a lawyer or police officer, no doubt the answer will be the police officer. A police officer is a king within his local area in the eye of a layman. Police enjoy powers to investigate, make an inquiry or even arrest a person without having a warrant (cognizable cases)😊 Lawyer will try to defend his client only but that officer can enjoy the power of exploration in his area. But technically .. You cannot compare Apples to oranges. You can compare Apple to Apples. You can compare orange to orange. ________________ Our system has three independent pillars One is Legislature second is executive Third id Judiciary ________________ The Lawyer is part and parcel of Judiciary.
