I had something like this, but not to this totality. I heard a crash behind me and I got out and called 911 and there was two vehicles one T-bone the other the dispatcher started asking me like 20 questions. What’s the make of each vehicle what is the race of each driver how many people are in each car do you know if anybody is hurt? Do you know what their injuries are can you give me the license plate numbers? Do you know when which direction the vehicle that hit the other vehicle was coming from and going to do you know the color of the vehicles? I was like shut the hell up and just send the police, fire department, and ambulance. She continue to ask me more questions and I said look! I’m not here to do your job for you as I’m here to call and tell you that there has been an accident and you need to send the police the fire department and ambulance and if any of those are not needed then they can turn around and go back to the station. To this day I have not called 911 ever again I’m sorry that sounds bad but it’s insane that they need all this information before they even asked me where the accident occurred or the address in order to send emergency personnel.

Every police video I've seen end up the same, in that instead of "blocking" the suspect in with police vehicles, police always seem to leave an opening where the suspect could drive through. That is so stupid, there were 10 police cars around the suspect when he stopped. Line up the police cars to block any opening, police only had 2 cars blocking, leaving 2 carwide openings where the suspect could drive through.
