You gave me justice on how to resample...but on the drum situation how do I mute just one part or piece of a the kick not whole track of my kicks

Go to the track with your drums Hit the pencil ✏️ on the right side of the screen Press explode. Goto main screen and rack drum now has its own track 💯 I hope this helps

Thanks Poli, do you have any advice of how to resample a four bar loop but with the tails continuing into the first bar again? Mines cuts off really abruptly at the end of each four bar phrase

You should be fine if the volume comes in low you be able to normalize the sample. I think the MPC one comes with phantom power I'm not sure though I know the x does

You must make your song to turn off the drums. So what copyrights are we talking about? I don't understand what's going on here.

Most people that sample used records and when you get caught using samples of records their songs will get copyright strikes this is a good way to avoid copyright strikes by using your own samples. I hope that clears up the mud
