During burnishing, you stated that you started at 12 o'clock, 6 o'clock, 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock but the video editing made it so fast, I would still be there at 9:45 trying to get it right! Lol, great video! Thanks for your calm voice and clear descriptions!

The JoolTool is something I use every day in the shop. From grinding & polishing enamel and stone cabochons to shaping, sanding, and fine polishing silver, it is a workhorse. I also use it to keep my hammers nice & shiny, sharpen scissors & knives, and prep blanks for stamps.

@I Hello we spoke with our Tech Team and they said in order to answer your question that we should let you know a tumbler is for finishing multiple items at a time. You do not need to tumble your pieces before you sand and polish with the JOOL Tool. We hope that clarifies things for you and let us know if you have any other questions!

I absolutely love my Jooltool! I can do so many tasks that I used to use my flex shaft to do, with both hands so I have much more control, and it is a total game changer. It saves me so much time! I also love the fact that I can stand while using it and my back doesn't hurt like it does when I had to sit for prolonged periods of time. It's the best investment in my jewelry making journey I've made so far and I highly recommend it.

“Polish & Set a Stone” is the Title. The Entire Casting was Finished with one Tool, From Sprue to Polish on the Jooltool. Not sanding by hand or hand filing. And the Jooltool was used to create the “seat” for setting the stone. The video showed Just that. The laser engraving was just the embellishment on the flat polished surface towards the end. If the top was not embellished, we would have received comments that said “well can you laser engrave” “can you set a stone on top” etc. Save your hands, neck & back, use a Jooltool! Right... buy these tools (half the video), use a programmed laser engraver, and voila all done with the jooltool. Disappointed (very) in the clickbait presentation. I am not complaining about being introduced to a specific tool, but seriously that's NOT the topic on the title and should be about 5% or 10% of the content, in all honesty.
