Yellow colored desserts are difficult to make as well. They are made from palm trees, palm trees that are high on palm trees as ingredients, which in Thailand these days are hard to find. In other provinces there are a lot of them. They will smell like palm trees, but they will be fluffy. like cake
Actually, we didn’t dip some rice or something to the fish sauce. We just push a little bit on fried egg or some food on your rice. And for tom yum kung or some soups we eat with rice. It’s a good combination.

The eating culture of Thai people eats food such as curry and soup, with rice as the main focus. Because those foods have a strong flavor. You have to learn how to eat right. Sometimes we don't just want the deliciousness of food, but we recognize the health benefits of those foods. Some foods therefore have flavors that foreigners are not familiar with. How to eat Thai food: We use spoons and forks to scoop up food to suit the appearance of every type of food.

That’s true! The curries or soups are usually rich in flavour so them taste better with some side Rice 👀🍚

know that in Thailand we do not eat with chopsticks but with forks and spoons. We use the fork to push the rice and food into the spoon and eat with the spoon

@19:00 min. The soup you tried, I think it was a Gaeng Kee Lhek. Kee Lhek is a big tree. It's leaf is bitter. Boil it several times till soft and cook it with some curry paste, and a kind of meat.

Brown water that you pour into a drinking cup It's boiled tea leaves. Thai people use it to drink to nourish the body. Has the scent of dried tea leaves. Normally, restaurants in Thailand will give free drinks, which is considered kindness to customers.

You must eat with rice together like a curry not soup only. Souce prik not eat by put rice in cup but use for increase your salt and spicy taste by put on the face of riceplate a little as you want .

The correct way to eat the dipping sauce is to pour it over rice. But don't wear too much. because it will be salty which is a specific chili paste, not a sauce
Spicy food must be eaten with steamed rice. Especially Tom Yum Kung, which has a very strong flavor😊👍👍

The rent around tourist areas for business is probably a lot higher than the hidden track local location, resulting in pricing different and the dessert is palm sugar fruit not mango= they called it kanum - tarn. That’s what we were told guys. Our Thai friends were laughing that you guys were guessing most of the ingredients wrong but in the cutest way possible. This is the real beauty of eating something we not know what it is. Well done guys for being adventurous with food and learning new experiences. We hope you enjoyed Thailand.

Thank you so much for your kind words and watching! We'll be back to Thailand definitely soon ❤️ [Karolina]

The dessert that look like crispy pan cake called” Khanom Bueng” that is my favorite dessert a bit sweet with yellow topping made by yolk egg and the red color topping with salty taste made by coconut and shrimp. Thanks for a good video and nice group KZbinr. Your smile is making me smile too. 🥰👍🙏😁🇹🇭😋

The second shop you guys go to is really good. The veg in green curry is not a bamboo shoot but Yod Ma-prow the top of a coconut tree, it would give more sweetness to any plate when cooked. The fish soup is also Tom Yum but when Thai people make Tom Yum with fish we skip the chili paste. The yellow curry was Gang Kee Lek, Kee Lek is the leaf in the curry with grilled pork. That is rare and one of my favorite curries. I love the bitterness because it’s a herb that helps you get deeper sleep. But you have made a big mistake the chicken with peanuts is the famous Massaman curry, which isn't spicy at all.
@JayandKarolina5 ай бұрын
Thank you so much for sharing all the details 😋 All the foods we've tried on that market were awesome and super authentic! Next time when in Thailand we would be more knowledgeable of what to get and what are the ingredients but since you're using a lot of different veggies and spices it was quite tricky to recognise all the flavours haha

I think Kang Khee Lek curry dish (the one you said with beef) is a very difficult to eat one even for a Thai like me and the red curry at the front one that you thought it looks spicy was Massaman curry which is not spicy at all 😊
How can stir-fried basil be delicious without chilli? Stir-fried basil does not have dipping sauce. As you can see, it is called chili fish sauce. You can add it or not.
