Video of a Black Porsche Cayman 987 I purchased back in 2017 restored and sold within 2 weeks.
My camera ran out of battery halfway through the project. I didn't manage to capture the coating procedure or aftershots on camera, so I decided to not use the footage. One year later, I thought some of you might still like it so I tried to make the best from the little footage I had.

For those who want to know what actually worked best to correct the paint here are the steps that I did:
1. Decon with Chemical Guys Citrus RED (discontinued soap)
2. APC and brush on all intricate areas
3. Hand wash (+ rinse)
4. Iron X and Tar spray (let sit for 5 min and rinse)
5. Full clay bar (+ rinse, dry and put inside to dry for the night)
6. Removed some stickers and rear 'Cayman' badge/emblem
Actual correction:
7. I started polishing with a heavy cutting pad and Menzerna FG400 as you could see on the video. But it was too heavy for the soft paint. I stepped down to a softer pad (medium) and lighter pressure/less working time. So I just went over each section in 2 passes, with light pressure. This worked as a 'mow down' and got most of the deep defects out but it took quite alot of paint with it, left the surface pretty hazy (as shown on the video) and my pads got really full with residue (literally every single section I had to clean out my pad). So this took quite a while.
Then I wanted to jewel it up with carpro essence, but I didn't got the result I desired. So I had to jewel is with Menzerna 3500 (very little product + some water in a spray can, to further dilute/diminish the product) because otherwise I would still have a hazy finish.
This + being very careful in the product wipe-off gave me a 100% perfect end result.
