Hello Mark! Once again, another grate video from you. After unmold a piece, what is the moment you decide to stop sanding? Is a matter of texture? Is a matter of the need to remove rests of wax? Is it possible to avoid pin holes when you sand the surface, or pinholes appears because we sand the surface more than we need? Thank you again Mark, for all your videos!

I saw in one of your other training videos where an instructor was advising students to use acid on the concrete face and then hand sand it before spraying with ammonia to neutralise the acid. He said no need to buy all these machines for polishing. So, I'm surprised to see you are using wet sanding machines. I'm researching what's the easiest system for a good finish.

CPS Mach ceramics are affordable and it won’t matter how hard the concrete is (I just use their roughest one and switch to 120’s, 50 hybrid, etc)

What do you use to fill the ‘bug holes’? Just cement ?
I've used from 50 grit up to 800 diamond pads to remove scratched on my concrete countertop but each grit causes more scratches nothing works, it just keeps getting worse any suggestions on how to remove the scratches?

Hi, could you please tell me, how much time do you wait after holes filling before starting final polishing?
@TrinicLLC4 жыл бұрын
Pavel Treshchalin final polish first then slurry fill your bug holes, work the slurry in with a scotchbrite pad on your polisher allow that to dry then dry sand it off. This way all holes even small tiny ones are filled and flat.
