What a treat to have your Dad as a guest! He has a great sense of humour.

This, by far, has to be one of the best videos I've ever seen on any channel. The experience of being able to share a candid recipe with a parent and see the connection you have to him is almost overwhelming. Your dad has a great sense of humor and to hear him talk a little about communist times was very enlightened. My best wishes to your whole family.

I love your Dad, what a sweet and nice man, love listening to you speaking polish, even if I only understand a little, that's how my did hamburgers with the bread.
@moderngirl27563 жыл бұрын
It is called Polish hamburgers. You use bread crumbes to cover burgers on both sides and fry them. Polish hamburbers are made half half from pork and beef and grated onion and spices. They are different but similar to American burgers. hehehe

That's so much quicker than stuffed cabbage rolls, but feeds less people as I can see each person getting a quarter of the cabbage, unless you cut the cabbage into 8ths! Looks delicious! I love alone, so I would make the rolls and freeze what I don't use right away! I like a tomato sauce on the rolls and maybe this also! Thanks for sharing. Cool to see your dad help.

Wow!!! Really great that your Dad was with you. I'm half Polish and half Ukrainian from Michigan. Don't know much of the Polish language, but 3/4 of what your Dad was saying I could pick up on.
