How precious! I would love to see these older end former Presidents' children meet with the others that are living such as the Kennedys, Fords, Carters, Raegans, Clinton, Bushes, Obama's and even Trumps? Wonder if there is a usual reunion of former presidential children?

There's only so many times you're going to get a free cup of coffee telling people the Presidential Campground is named after you. I'll assume he wanted to be humble.

john. We're in agreement about the Eisenhowers. But listening to the changing descriptions of Trump by Rudy Giuliani and seeing the soft core nude lesbo photos of Melania when she was "immigrating" into the US are info enough for me. The Eisenhowers and the Trumps are at opposite ends of the spectrum.@@johnmoore4

I may owe part of my military career success to Ike's passing. Ibwentvto Germsny in March 69 as an Army cook. The USAEIR Command was looking for live-in cooks for general officers. I wasn't keen on that idea, but I had a top secret clearance, which for a cook was rare. I had been a Nike missile trainee, hence the rating. Ike passes away, and USAREUR is paralyzed by ceremonial activities. When the Ceremonies ceased, they no longer had time for personal interviews. All of us candidates were given orders to great assignments. I got CENTAG in Seckenheim. Never went to the field! .
@shirleyrudenko87454 жыл бұрын
That was refreshing. I didn't know these 2 lovebirds came together in role model LIFE!..... Ike was THE best choice as Supreme Commander. There is a whole lot of history the youth of today could glean to keep America great again. Times have changed though, and good history is I guess, for those who just want to know. :-(( When jesus was born, a new star in sky. He soon began to preach, then to the cross He died! All along the way, He taught us with the WORD. The Devil's demise is imminent, though still very very disturbed! :-(((

Was researching a bit, because b of the Trump disaster. Richard Nixon was the first President that I remember his administration. I was really young. I remember watching much of the Watergate news. It was a sad time for the country, even though I was raised in a Democratic household my Dad talked to me often and spoke of forgiveness. I ran across this interview and enjoyed it very much! Hey Mo...there's no such thing as a "5star general" the proper term is "General of the Armys"
@MildMisanthropeMaybeMassive6 жыл бұрын
It's an informal title, but still considered valid.
@veeli6263 жыл бұрын
Did you know that there is a 7 star General? His name is George Washington our 1st president and the ONLY person to have that title no one else can have it.
@NunYa9533 жыл бұрын
@@veeli626 Horseshit. You need to do some more reading. As part of the bicentennial celebration in 1976, George Washington was posthumously named "General of the Armies" but no star designation was written into the law. Many sources reported it as a "six star" rank but did so incorrectly.
