Polk Sheriff Grady Judd: 'This guy's a cop - and he was conned by a prostitute'

A Georgia deputy police chief who was arrested last week for soliciting a prostitute during a sting operation in Polk County was in town for a polygraph seminar, Sheriff Grady Judd said. Prior to Jason DiPrima's arrest, he reportedly told undercover detectives that he had been conned out of $200 by a prostitute the night before.

My granddaughter gave birth inside her mother's car at about 6 am. When my daughter came out of the car to flag a police car that by the grace of God was passing by at that moment, guess who it was. Sheriff Graddy. He stopped to help right away. Guess what else, that day was his birthday too. God is great. We are forever grateful to Sheriff Grady.

I absolutely agree! He's an excellent sheriff but more importantly, a wonderful man! He's proved that multiple times but specifically when he arrested his own daughter for drugs. Not just her arrest but his press conference when he was open, honest and full of transparency! Very good point. Guilty until proven innocent is not how it's done though.. no more than Church and State are kept separate. But I guess he feels that justice is up to the courts, his job is to catch them and write the report.. And tell everyone what is public record I suppose. There's a weekly rag called Jail Report sold at the gas station that just shows mug shots and charges the week they happen. This is like that, just way more damaging.

My confusion, is to why these Law Enforcement officials, keep referring to "legality"... "Legal", is Admiralty jurisdiction, or maritime law diction.
