A new September poll finds undecided voters could tip the scales in Maryland's U.S. Senate race. The Sept. 12-13 poll of almost 900 likely voters conducted by Emerson College Polling/DC News Now/The Hill found 49% of respondents said they would vote for Democratic nominee Angela Alsobrooks while 42% would vote for Republican nominee Larry Hogan, and 9% remained undecided.
