Actually, 90 % off polling in the US is done by liberal pollsters, and they ALWAYS over sample democrats, even in republican states like Texas, Florida and Iowa. So a Trump landslide was easily predictable. In the two previous elections, they were off by a margin of 2 - 5 points. Hence, what most smart people, including gamblers did was simply add 3 points in favor of Trump to every single state polled. Whether he was ahead or not.. And that's why polymarkets was more accurate than polling.

A Harris administration would have been such an eye-opener, revealing the true intentions of the left, that the mid-term election would have gone overwhelmingly red, dismantling the liberal/progressive agenda for many years to come. Trump uses tariffs as a non lethal weapon. Countries that trade with us will fall in line or lose our business. Securing our border and stopping the illegal drug trade is a critical step in a long process that will make our country more livable. At the same time we must root out corruption in our federal government from top to bottom, if we can't accomplish that we won't survive as a unified nation. Lastly, we must stop our involvement in foreign wars. The world is changing and we are simply not strong enough to police the world, we are going to have to take a live and let live stance.
