Hi Craig, I've had a few of those little greenhouse type polly tunnels and they never seem to last more than a couple of winter's I've been saving this year for a second hand greenhouse hopefully one will turn up for next spring. Good idea about making a frame and eventually making a proper door 👍. My pond is unheated temp's really low now fish starting to hunker down hoping for a mild winter and early spring 🤞. Gwen 🧓

Mate ide put wood battens on out side of the frame take a bit of pressure of the zip 👍👍

What I did was put door on the front much better. It makes it easier to go in and out mate

My zippers went on my poly tunnel too. So I did the same thing with cable ties. When you cover your pond with the clear plastic sheets, do you get condensation and does it drip back into your pond? I covered my pond and the condensation does drip back in the pond. I’m wondering if the condensation is making my ammonia go up. Has your ammonia went up?

@susanschonauer8487 Hi I do get a little condensation but not excessive. Although I have the polycarbonate sheets on I do have a gap at each end and also the shower running, I also open the side vend during the day perhaps that's helping, worth a try. Thanks for watching 🙏

I have 1 of those polytunnels was happy with it at the start but the zipper broke and the metal frames rot at an alarming rate
